            Im like all the others. Its a scam. No customer service. Never answers the phone or emails. Now they wont refund me. What a joke. Dont buy from this company!!!!!!!!!!!

            Returned aids within time frame they arrived Feb 5 2025 have not heard from anyone about my refund, been sending emails and get same respobse to allow them 24 to 48 hrs to reply, i fet no replies, i call customer service and no one answers just get placed on hold i want my money back, this ********** Do Not buy from them

            At this point they don't even deserve a 1 star. We ordered the hearing aid and the same day we received it we tried it and he couldn't work the volume with his big fingers and it was screeching in his ear. We called them and were advised to return the item for a full refund and it would take 14 days for the refund. HASTLE FREE! Well it has been more than 14 days and when we try to find out where the refund us they tell us they will contact that department and get back to us. We have called multiple times and have not heard a thing! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

            I received my Ultra Hearing Aids on Dec. 23, 2024. After trying them and finding that the background noises were greatly amplified and the foreground sounds weren't amplified enough, I called them to request a return. They granted my request and I returned them according to their directions. They received my returned hearing aids on Jan. 2, 2025. Today is Feb. 11, 2025 and I still have not been refunded. I have contacted them multiple times and they just keep saying that their finance department is reviewing my refund. This company is not to be trusted for honoring their advertised return policy. BEWARE!

            One star rating is a lot more than Ultra Hearing Aids deserve. I returned my hearing aids within the 45 day warranty period. It has been three months since and I still do not have my refund. I just received an email advising that they could not refund my money, but they would return the hearing aids. Ultra Hearing Aids as a company are complete FRAUDS!!! ****** and go to a reputable company!

            Just like others it only took me less than one day to determine these hearing aids were not for me. So I boxed the up followed instructions for returning and sent them back. I got an email from them saying they had received them and they were being evaluated for refund. That was 4 weeks ago and still NO REFUND. I believe Ultra Hearing Aids is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FRIM THEM. I had to issue one star but thats one too many.

            I have been trying to return these hearing aids and get a return number. Many emails and many phone calls without any response other than to contact their support team which I have done many times. Taking ***** action for a relatively small amount of many seems fruitless but having family as ******* is helpful and they have agreed to *********** this

            DO NOT DEAL with this company. I am trying to take advantage of their 45 day return policy. They do not return voicemail messages …I have left 3. When you send an email they say they will be in touch within 24-48 hrs…it has been 3 weeks! I have contacted my credit card company and have filed a complaint. It appears their money back guarantee is a hoax…I also should have read the reviews before I purchased them.

            I purchased from the last November and received the hearing aids. After trying them out, I realized they will not work for me. I contacted the company and returned them. It has now been a month since they received them back and they have been giving me the run around about a refund. I have emailed several times and just keep getting a request for provide proof I mailed them back and I have provided that to them 3 times. It has been 3 weeks since I was told my refund request was going to their finance department. When calling their customer service number I sat on hold for half an hour just to leave a message for them to return my call. Meanwhile, I am still paying on these hearing aids that I no longer have. I do not recommend this company.
