      My order number is ******, and I have the pro model and love the Bluetooth feature. I use it for connecting to my phone and making calls to my grandbabies after school. They did upgrade the A2 sound chip to the A3 chip, so I reached out to support and asked if they could replace my old pro model with the new A3 chip, and they approved the request, which just shows how good their support is. They had me return my old pro model with a prepaid shipping label and sent me the newest version with the A3 chip, and the sound is much clearer. I don't think any of the other OTC hearing aids that I have tried online even compare. All the other brands promised they would fix my hearing, but they were all garbage. This brand is underrated, and I hope more people find out about their great products. I hope my review helps someone make that final decision and try these out.

      I ordered the Invisible 2 model, order #******, about a month ago, and they have been great. The sound quality is very good. I have been putting these to the test. It automatically adapts to my environment with the new sound chip they installed, so when Im out in the park, it can focus on the birds and natural sounds. When I go to church, I am able to hear the pastor speaking even when I'm sitting in the back corner. I am not very mobile, so I like that I don't have to go very far and can hear him from the back. My husband also has hearing problems, but didn't think he had a hearing problem until I had him try these. He is now a believer, and we ordered him a pair yesterday. I want to say thank you to my specialist, *********, who has been very helpful in understanding the hearing aids and troubleshooting any problems that I have.

      I upgraded my order ****** to the Invisible 2 model because it has the self-disinfecting case and the new A3 sound processing chip. I do hear the difference between this model and the previous model I had, which was the Invisible 1 model. The noise cancellation is better as well when I am in a loud environment; it is great at tuning out the extra noise, so I can listen to conversations. Its pretty cool. The adaptive listening will tune in and out of conversations once it reads that someone is speaking directly to me, and focus on what they are saying. It can also read whether a few people are speaking to me at once or if it is just 1 person. I did speak to my specialist at the beginning of my trial, who helped me select the correct dome size to attach so that there is no squealing. I have tried other ear domes in the past, but these seem to work the best as they dont cause the inner ear to itch like other domes Ive tried. They stay in my ears all day long without me barely noticing them, and havent fallen out. They mentioned that the domes will adjust to the inner ear canal, which mine seems to be doing; it is much more secure and comfortable now.

      I had the Jabra 500 hearing aids and paid over a thousand dollars. They had a recent issue, and they requested that I pay more, so I looked at alternative brands and came across these Ultra Hearing Aids. My order #****** was delivered a few days ago, and it performs very well. The customer support has been very helpful via phone support and addressing any adjustments that I need to make, and helping me choose the correct dome sizes. I like that these don't make it sound like I'm in a tunnel like other hearing aids. I don't even notice them in my ear sometimes.

      I returned the hearing aids (45 day trial) after sending many emails asking for the address to send them back. Could not get them to answer phone calls or chats. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to finally get them to send me a return address. After sending them back, it took months to get the dispute resolved. Bad news!

      Same Bad Experience as the Rest 1 Stars! Invisible 2 Model Volume 1: tolerable with minor feedback/squealing. But after 30 days of wear, you may need to adjust to a higher volume like in my case but it's impossible! Volume 2 thru 4 the feedback/squealing is unbearable, you just want to take them out throw them on the floor and crush them into pieces from anger! My case charges the aids properly but they still beep 3x after a few min of wearing them (meaning they are low on charge but they are not) glitch...I did not see 1 review where someone actually got a full refund. I was offered a replacement of the same model but read reviews people sent the original aids back and waiting months and no replacements received. So in the end you paid a few hundred, sent the original aids back and have nothing. I sent to support a statement to make it right for the customer: send me a new replacement pair first so I'm not without hearing aids and waiting who knows how many months, then when I receive them, I will send immediately my glitchy pair back. Well, they can't do that...that's not their policy. On ******** their replies are instant to everyone's questions/concerns about the product to get you to buy it, but once you buy it, forget it you're on your own...no help.

      After doing some searching on the BBB you can really see the issues/real facts with this business. Btw they are not listed on Trustpilot, their website only lists 5 star reviews?, ****** does have many complaints too. This feedback comment from them is a typical/generic comment sent to everyone. Btw - another glitch/defective issue with my hearing aids I didn't mention. Mine set to volume 1, whether I turn them off or I don't turn them off...put them into the charging case, when I go to use them again next time after charging, they NEVER turn on back to volume 1...hearing aids ALWAYS turn on to the UNBEARABLE squealing/feedback at either volume 2, 3, or 4!!!

      I have had the Ultra hearing aid pro for about 1 week now. I like the Bluetooth functionality. My wife was always screaming at me about the TV volume, but now I just connect the hearing aids directly, so she is happy.

      I received my order #****** of the new model Invisible 2 around 20 days ago. I decided to buy from this brand because they give back to charities and help others who need hearing solutions. Also, they guarantee a 45-day home trial. I plan on keeping these hearing aids past the 45-day trial, as they have been very helpful in canceling out my tinnitus. Customer support has been helpful in answering any questions I have about troubleshooting. I recommend giving this brand a try.
