Customers are then informed the original ticket price is no longer available and are quoted an upsell price and original purchases are non-refundable.

              I booked a flight through Best Ticket Fare yesterday. I didnt receive a confirmation or flight information. I guess the cheap flight was too good to be true. What are my options as far as cancelling this transaction? Can I get help with that? My credit card has not been charged yet.Thank you,*********************************

              Total scam! Read that again. TOTAL SCAM! We received a confirmation and boarding passes. Tried to check in online within 24 hours- the airline had no reservation. Called best ticket fare back, they said to talk to someone at the airline when we arrived the next day. We did so and still no reservation. Had to buy a completely new ticket for both legs. Tried to get my credit card to reimburse but these guys are slick. They make the charge come from the airline so when you go to refute, the credit company verifies with the airline who says they had a legitimate flight scheduled even though they didn't have one reserved per our "ticket". NO STARS
