The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

I lived in a duplex I rented thru them and was wrongfully charged and the property manager Daniel told me he knew the landlord over charged me yet he didn't fix the issue. I was charged for damages when there was no damage done to the property and when I went to go and resolve the issue the office was always empty and when I called texted Daniel the manager he will always leave me on read and never reply. My husband and I were new to the Florida rental market, and had signed a contract with Red Fortress to manage our 5 rental properties, in the year before Hurricane *** hit Florida, during which ********** suffered a major hit. We were out of state, during that time, and were completely dependent on Red Fortress to be our eyes and ears, as we were concerned about the safety of our tenants and the condition of their homes. Red Fortress offices were affected also, but, within 24 hours, we heard from *******, the owner of Red Fortress, who was corresponding to us via e-mail, from his car. Obviously, it was difficult to assess the state of all properties, as many roads were impassible & it wasnt safe to be out and about. But, the property manager assigned to our rentals was able to make contact with most of the tenants, and eventually give us a report on the state of our properties, so we could begin the process of contacting insurance companies, etc. Damaged roofs were tarped & debris cleared in a pretty timely fashion, and, miraculously, all of our tenants, were ok, in spite of the many inconveniences associated with natural disasters. All of the Red Fortess personnel, from *******, the owner, to *****, the Accts. Payable/Maint. ******, to *******, the manager assigned to our properties, are accessible and very responsive, and we have never felt out of the loop. In addition, our recommendations and input regarding the upkeep and management of our properties is always treated with respect. That said, when we are out of the state, we have confidence that our properties and tenants needs are being responsibly met, in our absence. The staff is almost like family, and we feel confident that we made the right choice in contracting with Red Fortress to manage our properties.**************
