Mr ******* has contacted our office numerous times.  He has either spoken to, or left voicemails, with our entire staff over the last few months.

We appreciate his concern for our clients property as well as him being disturbed by our renter.  We are sorry to hear that.

When he began calling us initially, we addressed his concerns.   We mentioned that he, like any homeowner or resident, can call the police for after hour noise issues or call code enforcement for other violations.   We spoke with the renter and gave notices to the renter for violating our lease.  He did call code while we spoke with the renter who has been renting for a few years.

All code violations have been closed.

The business that the renters were running has been moved off the property.

We have inspected the property several times in the last few months and the property is fine and not destroyed.

We have spoken to our client and they are aware.  The owners will decide whether they want to renew the lease in the next few months.

I was charged for damages when there was no damage done to the property and when I went to go and resolve the issue the office was always empty and when I called texted Daniel the manager he will always leave me on read and never reply. I was charged 2000 wrongfully

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/08/25) */ The former resident lived in the property for a year and upon moving out, did not pay the last month's rent. The owner did the work to make the property rentable and gave us the charges. Our property manager did speak with the former resident when the resident came into our office to discuss the security deposit. He asked her to put her dispute in writing, per Florida Statute, so we could discuss it with the owner. She did not and instead filed this. If the former resident wants us to ask the owner to reconsider some of the charges, we can but she must put it in writing. The owner has received the money, not Red Fortress, and while the deadline of 2 weeks has passed, if the former resident submits a letter questioning the security deposit charges, we will work to seek resolution between the former resident and the owner.
