    This company scammed us we have completed a shipment for this company his name is Kyle L**, he never paid us the fee for transportation of his units. DON'T USE THIS COMPAN THEY ARE FRAUD!

    DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM IF YOUR CREDIT ISNT PERFECT! I was sold the worse car on the lot PER THE OWNER, The cars taillights dont work electrical problems, the passenger headlight doesnt work electrical problems, The entire brake system and supension system is rusted out per Tire Kingdom inspection. The car shakes SO BAD the front tire hubs broke off 2 bolts on each tire. The back 2 tires rims were cracked. The back left tire blew the first day driving off the lot. I told the dealership of the problems that day! They didnt even have a mechanic LOOK AT THE CAR! The manager drove it said it had a LITTLE SHAKE and tried to sell me BRAKES! The front hubs on BOTH TIRES BROKE OFF DUE TO THE VIOLENT SHAKING. The car is UNSAFE to drive and Lemon Law group will be SUEING the dealership for selling UNSAFE vehicle and failing to perform SAFTEY INSPECTIONS. The car was sold with NO PROBLEMS which was CLEARLY not true

    DO NOT BUY a car at Lee Auto In less than 24 hours and while taking a leisurely ride along the barrier islands, the car died 4 times with engine light going off. Scary as you all know how patient people are on the roads when you aren’t moving at a green light. They “fixed” it, but within a short while engine lights came back on and it died 9 times again. Expect many returns to the dealership. A car that we were told was in excellent shape and had been gone over with a fine tooth comb. Never buy without a warranty, lesson learned. Let the buyer beware, Lee Auto Group is dishonest and it starts at the top, I dealt with a manager who is no longer with the company, seems like working there may be as unpleasant as purchasing from there, with the money I put in I lost more $5,000 car that I had less than a month, now they will sell it to another person. I say it begins at the top, because on the Tuesday when I returned to pick up my car, I heard Mr. Lee yelling about lazy and dumb employees and mispronouncing my names insinuating that I was trying to get away with something. The walls are paper thin, and the door doesn’t close all the way. I complained to the manager about being spoken about in this way, also to the head of service, telling them how unprofessional it is for a leader to berate customers and employees and they needed to move their meetings elsewhere or invest in soundproofing materials. In less than a month, and less than a 100 miles driven, I was given $2,000 for a $7K car. It is back for sale for $7K, I invested over $500 in brakes and window tinting, so I guess the next buyer will just have to deal with it stalling. Avoid this dealership, they are the epitome of used car sales. I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend this place.

    DO NOT BUY a car from this dealership!!! Price listed on website was not actual price. We were in desperate need of a car, came across an older car with low miles. They took some money off but NOT much! We have only had this car for 2 months now and have had to replace the battery. (which was not a big deal, since car was older and $100 bucks)The main issue is when we were signing our papers the ** told the lot guys to "Charge UP the A/C".... well what do you know the A/C compressor blew out on the car and now we have to replace that! $2000 later!We made a mistake by not getting the car looked at with in the first 24 hours of buying this car! ****** learned on our part.BUT I feel like they should have replaced the part if they "knew" it was going bad. Their words "Charge up the A/C" (what are the odds the compressor is shot not even 2 months later)ALL adds up now! For the price we paid the car should have been brand new!Look else where when buying a car!

    I purchased a truck for them that was advertised as 32k on their website when got down to make a deal the price went up to 42k. Of which I was ok let's deal, got to a price that I was comfortable with. When I tested the truck I was told one of the managers was using it. So I was reasured. Family and I were planning a trip up north just before I got a check engine light . Took it in to a ford dealership that checked it out only to find it would need a major engine overhaul to get it up and running. Do your self a favor STAY AWAY FORM LEE AUTO GROUP !!!!!!!!!

    I had the worst car buying experience at this dealership. Lee Auto Group has ruined my car buying experience for ever. The finance manager/owner was rude and confrontational when I asked him why the price was higher than the advertised price. I guess as a consumer, you are not allowed to question him. He is close to God, or this what he thinks. I also asked him not to run my credit report till he provides me with the correct price. His reply was you signed the permit to run your credit. Despite my wishes of not running my credit, he sends my loan application to at least six lenders just to ruin my credit score with all these credits inquires. Even after I left the dealership. He continued to send my credit applications to different lenders. There should be some sort of regulations to this. Why do you keep sending credit applications without my permission even after I leave the dealership? No wonder this business has crappy reviews. Very deceitful, they never advertise the correct prices. Unprofessional, I am surprised they are still in business.

    These people are doing shady business. Although legal Im sure, multiple reviews on ****** have stated that their car experienced **************** malfunctions within days of leaving the lot. Pricing is never what is listed due to additional fees, such as: $500 non military service member fee and $500 non first responder fee as well as an additional fee of $1000 for buying in cash. I did not buy from them since we couldnt agree on a price. Theyre flipping cheap auction cars and selling them to you as lemons. Id rather walk to work than buy from LAG.

    I just purchased my second vehicle through Lee auto Group. The first one I purchased was my first ever car buying experience and loved my Acura and the overall experience. Years later, Im on a fixed income and was up front that I had a set amount I could use for a down payment and no option for co signer and no exceptions so I didnt want anyones time wasted. Within 30 minutes Id been approved within my price range for a beautiful car in amazing condition and my monthly payment is lower than any car Ive ever bought. You cant please everyone but I dont see how these bad reviews are possible because every person I came in contact with was straight to the point and so accommodating. I will honestly never go anywhere else if I can help it! Thank you guys!!!
