      I purchased a vehicle from this gentleman called *** who supposedly own the company. Contacted him a week later because I heard something coming from the left side of the vehicle. He had an elderly man take it for a test drive and said nothing was wrong with it the next week the transmission went. I had to pay $5500 for a new transmission. And now the transmission is gone again within a year, and the vehicle has so much rust underneath it, which I did not know from water damage and he sold it to me, knowing he was selling me a lemon. So when I try to contact this place of business, they are no longer in service because hes on the run for not paying taxes and everything else. I want my money back. You just cant take my money from me and then I come to find out he lied on my application and said I gave him $9000 down which I never did.

      I bought this truck on 02-14-2024, was quite happy with everything, he took my money ( every ***** I could scrape together to buy it ) he took my tag to be transferred. Each month since he kept giving me temporary tags saying he was waiting on title. It is now 05-18-2024 and for the past week I have been texting, calling to no avail. I went by the place of business and it don't appear to be in operation. I now have no tag, no title and he has been paid in full since 02-14-2024. Thats a lot of money for a 71 year old senior to put out. I am happy with the truck but need this problem of title and tag to get taken care of. I left a voice mail and texts several times and told him if I didn't get an answer I would have to do something. I sure hope you might be able to get them to do the right thing, Thanks ****
