      Terrible company. I placed an order ***982 for several pieces of jewelry. I didn't realize that they send the order in installments, but they did. First they sent one item, then several others. One item remained unshipped and remained in my account in "Processing" status. For this reason, they raised the price of one bracelet, because until they sent the second bracelet, the -30% promotion for two bracelets did not work. I waited patiently, but after a month I couldn't take it anymore. I didn't understand the reason for the delay: the item was freely available on the website (there are screenshots with dates). I wrote to support and was told that there was no such item in my order. I sent a screenshot of my order where it was in "processing" status. Then they wrote that they had to cancel that part of the order because the item was not available. I sent them a screenshot of the page in their online store where the item was listed as available for order. They wrote that this was not true. So I ordered the item on purpose to prove that it was available. And the other day I received it. The difference is that it was not part of my order with shipping already paid for, but with shipping I had to pay again. Their customer service is terrible. They do not get into the details of the problem at all and do not show the slightest desire to help the customer. This is my first and only experience with this horrible store. I will still fight for them to give me my money back for the reshipment. I will appeal to the small claims court on principle. I have all the proof that the item was available to order at the time of my order and there was no need to make me order separately and pay for shippings that were already paid for as part of my FIRST order. They stole my discount for the bracelet, they stole the money for the shippings.

      I went to the **** website of Chico's to purchase an offer of Buy3Get 2 free *******. The website would not let me complete this unless I purchased 4 and then I would get 2 FREE. I contacted the customer service by phone and email. The response was this: Not all ******* (same style) were being offered. Only certain colors were B3G2 free. Nothing was indicated as to which were the only choices for the B3G2 free. I, as an average consumer, would not have any knowledge as to which would be offered in this sale. How would an aver consumer know????? I tried to get one pair refunded but was told it would not give me the 2 Free since the one to refund was not in the offer. I was so disgusted that I said "forget it" but I will not go on line again for any offer since that do "FALSE ADVERTISING" that the average consumer would not know how to discern of which items are on the sale or not. This almost a BAIT and SWITCH sale.

      I ordered from chicos. Never received the order. Called and emailed Chicos to request a refund of a $75.00 order. Chicos refunded me $15.00. I will never buy from them again! They cheated me out of my hard earned money. What a rip off!!!

      I have been a loyal customer of Chico's for years. My closet is filled with Chico's clothes. Last week I went to Chico's outlet in Las Vegas. I purchased several items totaling over $225.00. Today I checked my rewards with Chico's and I found that the purchase was not listed. I thought this was an error so I called customer service. I was informed that you do not receive rewards when you shop at the outlet. What kind of service is this? I was APPALLED!! So the items that I bought last week are still in the bag and I will be returning them. AND I WILL NEVER SHOP AT CHICO'S AGAIN!! Many of the other company's that I shop at give rewards when you shop at their outlet's. The first one that comes to mind is William Sonoma and all it's brand including Pottery Barn and West Elm. This is horrible service !! Corporate greed at its finest. I will be spreading the word on how you treat your customers.

      I received an email on delivery of 3 of the 5 items ordered from Chicos, pants, tank and necklace paying for express shopping for all. Then I received another email stating I had 1 item delivering tomorrow. I chatted with CS and was informed my final item was low in stock and they weren’t sure when it would ship. i get home, opened the box and it contained 3 bras from Soma. I called CS and was told I could receive a refund for the 3 items I did not receive and they could reorder my 3 items and send overnight. I said ok and the refund was submitted then was told they only had one of the items in a different color and size. This was a ordered as a complete outfit as a birthday gift. I asked for the rest of my order to be cancelled since they could not fulfill my “in stock” order. i was told they could not do that because part of my order had been delivered and the rest shipped. WRONG. I had 3 bras from another company and the 1 blouse has not shipped. My only option was to be sent a return label for the bras and wait for the remaining items to be received and then call in to request return labels. So I have 2 to 8 days to return the $190 of bras whether I receive the items I have paid for or not. NOT Happening!!!! When I receive and return the 2 items from my order and receive credit then I will gladly return the bras!!! This is not about customer service employees, this is about terrible customer service policies and business practices! 1st and Last order for me!!!

      I dont think this business needs to receive one star. I ordered clothing and received nothing. I emailed them asking to either send my clothing or return my $61.99.They replied:Because of a minor malfunction in our logistics system, we cannot provide you the tracking number for the moment.Please rest assured that we will promptly fix this problem and send you the tracking number within 3 days.I have not gotten the clothing ordered or my money back. They have not replied to my next email.

      Should not even receive one star! Terrible customer service! Called three times and was told three times someone would be getting back to me within 72 hours. I also emailed received no response. Ive spent over $1100 and my current status is daring. Something is wrong and not one representative has been able to fix this, too much money to be able to collect all the rewards and points. I was also told on my third call that I could not speak with a supervisor.

      I also ordered clothing from a Chico's that had the same font and etc. of the real one. It's a scam. They too said it was delivered, and I never received my product.
