  Bought a 2019 Terrain Denali in October 2023. There wasnt any Owners Manual. I spoke to the salesperson who said he ordered it on several occasions. Being fed up with non-delivery of Owners Manual I called and asked for a Manager I was connected to someone who said he was a Manager. I did not get his name. I should have. He told me he would talk to the salesperson as he knew who I was calling about. The Manager (?) said he would call me back. The Manager never called back. Next I called and I told the Receptionist that I wanted an appointment with the General Manager. I was asked the reason I was asking for an appointment. No call back has ever been done for making an appointment Additionally at the time of the sale I requested from the salesperson a CARFAX be provided. I was given something else instead. I spent my own money for a CARFAX. Something smells about this.

  This car dealer ship took advantage of a 100% disabled veteran. They used language like "curtesy contract" indicating we were only signing a contract of interest to hold the car for 24 hrs. When in fact they had my husband sign a full fledge purchase contract. I need advise to fight this. I have been boiling over this since April 21 2022. There is a lot more to this complaint

  The "courtesy contract" was used on your deal to secure funds on the vehicle you purchased on April 21, 2022 until you or your bank of choice paid us in full, which was ********************************** in York, Pennsylvania. This was explained to you by the salesperson, the floor manager, and the finance manager before you signed anything. Your credit union wired us the funds in full on April 25, 2022 at which time the "courtesy contract" became null and void.

  Thks for your responds however we totally disagree with your explanation of how you explained what a curtesy contract. You distinctly said to me " a curtesy contract is just a contract stating you are interested in the car and have us 24 hrs to make our final decision. Period!!! If we even had a thought we were going to be signing a purchase contract I would never had left my husband there to handle a purchase contract. Period

  I did response back. However I noticed their response to the term curtesy contract. No way. No way did they tell us a curtesy contract was in fact a purchase contract. I would never had my husband handle a purchase of a 50k car on his own. We were told this curtesy contract was only a way to hold the car till the next day and for us to hold it so we can make a decision. They are lying like crazy. Just like the salesman did about the motor noise
