  I sent my 2006 Land Rover Range Rover HSE to this shop to be repaired for an overheating issue that was on 3/15/2022 listed on the invoice. On 3/25/2022 was the first payment I made towards the balance of $2,401.37 with the final payment being on 8/5/2022, please see invoice. I was told it was a water pump issue. When I went to pick up my vehicle on 8/5/2022 as I was told it was fixed by ********, the overheating issue still was there as he was driving back to the shop. I left my car at the shop as I was told that same day that it's the head gasket. I asked to to let me know the price to perform the work for the head gasket replacement. i received an update that following week that it will cost an additional $3,200.00 to have the head gasket change. I told him that I will pick up my vehicle while I figure out what I want to do, ******** was generous enough to say that he will keep my car in his garage until I come up with the money because I put a lot of money into the truck and will hate for me to trade it in. I begin making payments around 11/2022 and the final payment of $700.00 to close out my balance of the $3,200.00 to ******** on 02/17/2023. I have been requesting to see my car & asking where is my car since I have not seen it since 8/05/2022. ******** has stated that my car is at his house in his garage. I asked for the address to the ************* will not give it to me. I have been asking when my car will be complete as I have paid off balance owe, still no car. I have been giving different answers every week, which I have also included the text and my supporting documents. I've been renting cars and taking ubers and lyfts to get around about $200.00 weekly to get get back in forth to work. I have expressed to him the problems & stress this has been causing in my personal life and just on Monday he stated that my car is in his back yard, still no address given. I have requesting refund and my car back and address and none of my request has been adhere to.
