    This company could be considered a scam. Visited the resort for the free trips, etc., did the tours, spent over four (4) hours at the resort in ************ back in September 2023. They tell you it's not a sales pitch but it is as we talked to at least three "managers" trying to convince us to buy into the ownership program. Long story short, got the two vouchers, to be used by 10/15/2024. I booked the Williamsburg trip but unfortunately, I was unable to take the trip so I canceled. Had no issues really getting our refund back, but today when I went to book the reservation for this upcoming year, I kept getting a response that no such ID was found. So I called and was advised because I used one of my trips (which I didn't-canceled, etc.), the link is no longer valid and that I would need to work with them verbally over the phone to book my reservation. Why? "Because it's an IT thing and we can't change it-BS". It's how the system is setup. If I'm going to plan a trip, I want the option to plan my trip, to see what's available, to see what works for me, not to be hassled by another sales pitch. This can be corrected and I will NEVER do this again. The way technology works today, just about anything is possible. It's the choice of the seller that chooses not to make it easy for the so called customer.

    We have reviewed the Consumers Review via the Better Business Bureau platform and the allegations contained therein. We deny the allegation made by Consumer that there was any "scam". Consumer received the complimentary vacation certificates as promised. As stated, Consumer redeemed a Vacation Certificate but then later cancelled the reservation. When the Consumer called on August 13, 2024, the agent that she spoke with explained that the reservation link was already used when making the initial reservation. Our Agent explained that we would be happy to assist with making another reservation however Consumer declined the offer of assistance.


    We regret that Consumer is not satisfied however the information that she was provided with is accurate and our position remains unchanged.

    In closing, we believe that we have already done what we could to assist and accommodate the Consumer. We remain available to assist the Consumer in making a reservation at this time. If Consumer would like to take advantage of the complimentary vacation certificates she was given and make a reservation, we welcome the opportunity to assist her directly.

    Sold me 1 week for ****** was suppose to get back 100. At an info visit. Unfortunately, I needed to change my room 5 times due to no AC. They did not help me and threatened to charge me full price for the week! Miserable vacation!

    This company is a total scam. They take your money and will not return it even hours later. They charged us $100 on our CC for some tour that is supposed to last 90 minutes. Said tour is over 3 hours and the hold your ID until they decide the tour and their pressure sales techniques work. Preying on vulnerable people. These people should be ashamed of themselves. DON'T EVER TRAVEL WITH ** IS MORE ACCURATE. SCUM OF THE ****** TOO BAD YOU CAN'T PICK 0 STARS.

    To whom it may concern,

    We are in receipt of the above referenced Consumers Review which we received on May 22, 2023. We have reviewed Consumers communication and the allegations contained therein and have also reviewed the relevant details of the transaction with our Marketing Department.The following is our response to Consumers Review.

    Our records confirm that on May 16, 2023,***********************************, was offered and accepted the opportunity to participate in a vacation package promotion which required payment of a $99.00 refundable deposit and entitled Consumer to receive: 1) $100.00 **** Gift Card, 2) a 3-day/2-night stay in *******, ******* and 3) a 4-day/3-night stay at a Premium Destination upon attendance and completion of a timeshare presentation tour at Vacation Village at Parkway located in *********, **. Written confirmation of the payment made by Consumer and the details of the promotion were provided via email on May 16, 2023. Confirmation of the reservation was also sent via email to Consumer on May 18, 2023. The Confirmation of the reservation disclosed that Consumer scheduled their arrival date for June 10, 2023. Consumer has not even attended the timeshare presentation tour yet so we do not understand how Consumer can claim that the tour is over 3 hours nor do we understand Consumers statement about their ID being held when they havent even attended the tour yet.

    It is clear that the Customer Review is fictional and the allegations contained therein are false. We stand firm in our position of no wrong doing and that the terms and conditions of the promotion were properly disclosed to Consumer verbally and in writing.

    **************** is the worst. I bought a ********************** package with this company. I was told that when I am ready to book the vacation, I have to call them and the hours to call them are Tues-Fri 10am-5pm and Sat 12pm-7pm. ***** told me this and she gave me her extension number as I had bought the vacation package from her. When I called today, a Saturday, between 12:01pm - 12:03pm, to book the vacation, the representative who answered, *****, was so rude. He was telling me that they are closed. I was asking for an explanation to why they are closed today when they told me they would be open today between 12pm-7pm and he would not give me an explanation and just kept telling me they are closed. I asked for his name and he said "My name is Brain, were you not listening???"I called again between 12:03pm-12:05pm and unfortunately the same ***************** answered the phone, he was yelling at me that they are closed as soon as he answered the phone without me even saying a word. When he was done yelling at me, I said "I know, but I would like to leave a message to the extension number that was given to me because she said I could contact her on Saturdays from 12pm-7pm. The extension number is ****." Brain would not transfer me to the extension number that I was given to me by *****. Brain instead hung up on me after yelling "WE ARE CLOSED THAT DEPARTMENT IS CLOSED, LET ME SPELL IT OUT FOR YOU C-L-O-S-E-D I AM VERY BUSY RIGHT NOW!I will be cancelling my vacation package with them after this horrible encounter with their customer representative ***** and to do that is very tedious as they want you to write a snail mail to them before you can cancel and receive a refund.

    They lied and said we were getting a 2 bedroom ************ me a text saying the hotel was re branded and tried to give us 1 room to share. Then tried to charge an extra 400 dollars to make it right.
