    On May 16th I placed an order ********** with Big Daddy Unlimited. After a month went by I sent an email inquiring about my order status. I never received a response to my email. On July 25th I contacted customer service once again to cancel my order & refund my debit card. I received a reply back stating that my order had be canceled & my debit card would be credited back within 14 business days. On August 18th I emailed the customer service representative that I had communicated with back in July to inquire about the status of my refund. No response back. Aug 30th I sent another email & no response. September 14th I once a emailed customer service & did not receive a response. On September 26th I called both listed numbers on Big Daddy Unlimiteds website for customer service & received an automated message stating thatbthe quickest way to reach customer service was to send an email during normal business hours. The calls then disconnected. So, once again I emailed customer service to inquire about my refund status. No response once again as of this moment.

    I placed order number ********* on 8/25/2023, for items that Big Daddy Unlimited said were in stock. The order was placed because I needed to receive the items in a timely fashion, so I bought directly from a site at retail price instead of waiting for them to come available at a wholesaler. After 4 weeks, I had heard nothing about shipping, so I reached back out to the company by phone on September 13th. I called three separate phone numbers that I could find online, all of which stated that they are not taking calls and to email them. I emailed, with no reply. I then waited another 9 days, and on September 22nd, I tried calling them again, same result, tried messaging them on Facebook, which told me that they "can't offer support on Facebook due to their anti-2A stance", which is not true, and then finally emailed them again. I have had to order these items again from another person for more money, and that person shipped within 24 hours. At this point I no longer need the items, so I would just like my money back.

    I ordered and paid 500 something dollars for a glock in early August think the 3rd No product has been shipped and it’s end September. No replies to my emails about when or if they going ship it . I can’t even get my money back . So they are stealing money . I see so many of the same complaints on there Facebook page

    I placed an order for a Surefire XC2-B laser/light combination device from Big Daddy Unlimited through their online store on or about April 11th, 2023. The order number is 63256. The SKU for the item is ************. The item was listed as in-stock at the time of ordering. I paid $397.99 for the item, plus $9.95 shipping, for $407.94 total. The order has been listed in “processing” status since that time; several attempts to contact the company via email for an order status have gone unanswered. Calls to the company go to voicemail; there is no means of speaking with an actual customer service representative to resolve issues. At the end of August, having waited several months without resolution or contact, m I flagged the charge with my bank (J.P. Morgan Chase Bank) to attempt resolution via that means. After a month-long investigation they concluded that the initial charge was legitimate so they would let the charge stand. Big Daddy Unlimited took my money and subsequently provided no product, no contact, and no means of resolution, like a refund. I’ve since discovered that the company (or some portion/facet of it) is involved in bankruptcy proceedings. My request of the BBB is specifically any available assistance with obtaining a refund of funds spent. Barring that possibility, I would take the product originally ordered.

    I purchased 8 items on 7/22/2023 and it has been in "Pending Shipment" sine that date. Today is now 9/19/2023 and the items have still not been shipped. They billed my Credit card on 7/22/2023. I purchased 1 item on 7/31/2023 and that item has still not been shipped to my FFL. There is no phone support for this company. I have emailed them over 16 times in the past 5 weeks and have not got any responses what so ever. If I do not hear back from the company I will be filing suit in court against them.

    Order #********* placed on 1/24/23. Invoice total of $1,212.95 charged to my credit card. All items listed as in stock. Items never received. Email request for status update sent in February assured me items were in stock and allocated to me but shipping was delayed due to warehouse issue. Subsequent requests for updates have gone unanswered. Order #********* placed 2/19/23. Invoice total of $266.93 charged to my credit card. All items listed as in stock. Items never received.     On 7/30/2023 I purchased a product on the website of this company. It is now 9/17/2023 and I have still not received my product. I've tried to contact them multiple times and I have not received a word. I am super frustrated and I hope yall can help me out. Also the money I paid cleared my bank account the day of purchase so they've had my money the whole time of this. Thank you for your time in reading this.

    I want my item that I paid for. I ordered a serialized item over 2 months ago and they still haven’t sent it. The phone is no longer manned even during the short times that they have listed on their website and they won’t respond to emails anymore. I even filled out a form on their website asking about the shipment but no response. The same item that I ordered has been in and out of stock since then. The only response that I have gotten from them was saying that the item may take a little longer because it’s from an “off brand warehouse” and that was 2 weeks after I ordered the item. They were really quick to take the money from my credit card though. I have tried to stand by this company and resolve this on the lowest level possible but it’s not happening. Over 2 months for an in stock item is too long. This item was also manufactured in a country that was temporarily halting exports for similar items so I rushed to BDU to order one. Luckily this item wasn’t banned from export by that country because I would have likely never gotten one at this rate especially considering the current global political climate. They have time to spam me with emails about things and keep trying to sell me things but they don’t have the time to send the thing that I ordered. It’s a shame because it used to be my favorite place to order from. I’ve spent thousands there. I was a loyal customer for years and I planned on buying the $300 lifetime membership because of how much I spend there. Not anymore. After reading the other reviews, I’m expecting this company to be out of business within a year and I’m extremely sad about that.

    Big Daddy Unlimited received the order over 2 weeks ago and accepted payment yet refuses to complete the order or respond to any attempts at contact email or phone call. Many people claim months of no contact before being sent incorrect or partial order fulfillment.

    210 days and still have not received the product that I paid for. I was in contact with the customer service department, which is anything but helpful several times regarding this issue. I was told the same exact thing every time which sounds like a script that they make their service reps use. Now the company does not even give me the opportunity to call someone from customer support and just tells me to send an email. I have been down this road several times as well and still, no product. The only reason I ever entertained doing business with BDU was their website showed the item I needed as in stock at the time of purchase. To this day the website still says that the item is in stock but somehow I still do not have the items I purchased. I wish that I had done more research before giving this business a single cent of my money. If someone from BDU wants to reach out to me directly (again) my order number is *********. I would like any sort of resolution on this issue but i have literally zero faith in this company at this point.
