    I am a full-time masters accounting student and the school I attend, unfortunately utilizes Gleim for homework and quiz assignments. This is the second time my accounting classes have used Gleim, and this is the second time I have had major issues with the website. The first time I was unable to access my actual Gleim homework until 2 weeks into the class, leaving me ******* and cramming studying for assignments and quizzes to catch up to the class schedule. Now my current class, things had been going fine for the first 3 weeks, I had been able to access my Gleim accounting class homework and assignments as expected. Though this week, week 4, I went to access my homework and was unable to load the Gleim classroom, I called the Gleim phone number and was told by the automated system that during the weekend no one would be available over the phone, however that I should email, as they were available via email 24/7. I have now emailed them twice over two days and have not heard anything back. I pay thousands a semester and am forced to use these 3rd parties, like Gleim, that my school chooses to partner with, I do my homework in advance, I take my education seriously, I want to spend my time learning and not forced to track down some random representative to troubleshoot a faulty website. Not giving me access to it when is set up by my professor, completely inhibits my ability to learn effectively and hinders my ability to maintain a great GPA.
