      I am trying to pay a balance I owe, the company will not provide me with a letter stating what I owe, how much or anything. They state they can only do so if I pay them, which is absurd!

      This customer has received a letter which is being attached to this communication.  She received the letter initially and set up a payment arrangement for the first payment to be made today.  When we called her to about her declined she asked to see the initial letter again that was sent to her before she acknowledged the debt and set up the payments.

      I own a venmo card money was taken off my card without my approval. I later received a phone call that went straight to my voice-mail. Stated they were looking for me and left a number to call them back on. Then left a case number or something for referral. My problem is my venmo card is used for my side work. I don't use that card for anything else but that. All of my normal banking is through **** of America. The phone number they called me from just rings the number they wanted me to call back on just rings.

      I have never heard of this company until they stole money out of my Venmo account. The lie they are saying is 100 % bull. I have one loan out and its only dealt through cash. I have never used the account they stole money from to do a loan of any kind. This is completely bogus.

      I am rejecting this response because: Like I've mentioned before I've never heard of this company before until they stole money off of my Venmo card that none of my bills are tied to. On top of that I've never heard of a debt collection company taking payments from a prepaid card anyway. So I stand on what I said before I don't owe this bogus company anything, nor will I pay them anything,

      I am rejecting this response because: I stand by what I said previously. However they got my information off of my Venmo card was fixed. So having my information still doesn't explain how they can just take money from a random account that isn't connected to any loan Ive ever had. So if this is just going to be a back and forth about this fraud of a company saying I owe them money, then we can just stop this now. If I did they would have taken me to court or sent me some kind of paperwork stating that I owe for whatever loan they claim that I owe. Calling me and asking me my personal information doesn't prove that I owe anybody that they claim I do. If that's the case I can just call them and claim they owe me money for whatever reason I want.

      I am on my last payment with this company. I explained to them that I have moved recently and started a new job and having been pushing my FINAL payment around and explained that I cant pay it until next month. (January) they told me ******** and have every intention on continuing to let me fault on the account even tho this is my FINAL payment. This is ridiculous as a company and as someone who has paid every other payment to get this account closed. Disgusting greedy behavior for them to basically tell me I need to pay this regardless of my financial situation. They also do not respond to emails. They continue to tell me I can check my account status online however no where on there website gives you access to check your account

      the customer had a declined payment and the agent advised of payment not going through according to the agreement and demanded a payment per arrangement. After review of the account and due to no previous declines the customer's payment was moved.

      attempted to email company numerous times prior to decline. Only after talking to someone on the phone and zero help being offered and harassed after numerous texts and emails did I receive a response after asking to speak to a supervisor.

      i was told 'legal actions would be taken' 'if you start payments then fall back it's really going to hurt your credit'. demanded a $1000 payment before the phone call was over or they would come after me 'to the fullest extent of the law' then he went down to wanting a $300 payment then $100 payment implying if i didn't pay him something before the call was over they would come after me legally

      The consumer was not threatened.  He was told that he signed a legally binding contract and that we intend to collect on the debt to the fullest extent of the law.

      Let me just say this is the most disgusting company every they call me back to back harassing me when I tell them thats not me she ***** or **** is giving me all the persons information. I said whats this regarding they said are you this person I said sure they said I need a yes I said no you just gave me all the info which is illegal then decide to yell at me and I told her to stop calling me. Then she decided to call me every day, and I told her to stop calling me. Im not that person, and even if I was that person it is against the law, to harass somebody, then send a text message to my phone saying that they are tracking my location and I called the number and once again **** picked up and I told her stop calling me and pull me from the call list. I then got off the phone and file harassment charges with the ********** sheriffs department. These people are disgusting.

      As shown in the attached screen shot, once the person reply stop the phone number has been opted out of any calls or text. As per company policy we do not disclose any information without properly identifying who we are speaking with.

      They sent this text message to me. I didn't know which it was. So I called them. That already knew my birthday, address. She proceeded to tell me that I owe Capital One when I haven't ever dealt with them. Then she changed it and said that I owe check exchange. I told her that I haven't ever dealt with them either. She said well I have your email and I will send it and you get it you do or don't. I don't know these people. Haven't heard of them. Nor have I received anything in the mail. I work so I don't full with places like this. I only have 1 credit card and it's not through them.

      **** **** called my place of employment threatening me with garnishment , additional fees of $2000, and affecting my credit if I did not pay immediately. He was acting as if he did not work for a collection agency. Provided me my address, last 4 of my social, my birthdate, etc. I advised him this issue had been resolved and he stated if I wanted to fight this or show proof the additional ***** in fees would apply and I would be responsible for it. He made it seem like he had documents in hand for garnishment and was going to act on them and increase the ******** he was claiming owed to be ******** if not paid immediately. I asked him if I could call him back he stated he could put me on hold so I could obtain the funds to pay. I paid at a discounted amount of ******** and am still awaiting the release he claims he has for this to be sent to me that I should have had within the hour and still do not. His actions goes against collection laws completely!!!

Our company policy prohibits language of this sort but we will investigate and take corrective actions. As far as the refund goes, the consumer agreed to it and was even sent a DocuSign that's is why she cant go to the bank and charge back the payment. The payment was reported appropriately and she has been relieved of her debt. If we refund it she will be free of the debt that she owes. Of course, if she can provide proof that the account was paid prior and place with us by mistake, up on verification we will be able to refund the payment.
