This company put a fence in my new home around January 2022. This company put the back fence wrong. They put this fence They put up the fence without looking at the survey, even though they had it, because they obviously asked me to do the survey. The fence was put about 7 feet deeper than assumed from the survey on the right side of the house and about 3 feet deeper on the left side. I mean my backyard has fewer feet than it is supposed to right now. I have tried to contact these people countless times by phone and the few times they have answered they have said that they will send someone and they never send anyone and then they never answer you again. The last call I had, the person who answered me promised to talk to his new boss because supposedly they were changing administration, they ask me for my information every time and they never call with a solution nor have they ever sent someone to solve the problem as usual they have promised. The last time that i have lucky and they answer me and promise one more time they going to send some one because they was change administration was on march 15, 2022 and i talk with Brenda. Another thing they never provide me an email for write them, when i ask for email they just keep talking and promise me send someone to fix the fence.

We had our fence installed back in August of 2021. The company said that they would work with both the city and our HOA to get proper approval for everything. They came out and took measurements of our property and submitted the plans to the city and HOA. Our HOA asked for some changes in the plans to add a back gate to our fence. They made the changes and came out to do the install. We just received a certified letter from the city of Lake Wales yesterday 31 May 2022 stating that we had a non permitted fence installed on our property. After calling the city to find out what the issue was and that we thought we had all the proper approvals as the company stated to us. We were told that the company never finished the permit process after the changes were made. Thus, never receiving a city permit to install the fence. I then asked what I needed to do to rectify the issue. I submitted a permit application so that I can get city approval for our fence. I have tried to reach out to Central Florida Fence King both by phone and email with no luck. Their phone just rings and has no voice mail setup to leave a message. I don't even know if they are still in business. If for some reason I don't get my permit approved I will have to remove the fence that we are currently paying for, or receive a $250 per/day fine until it is removed or resolved. As a disabled Veteran I do not have the financial means to throwaway that kind of money.
