    Where to start? First of all, horrible customer service.You are lucky I have to put 1 star. I havent even loaded bullets into my GX4 and it broke while dry firing Talking about bad quality, worst metals in the industry. Now I understand why my friends make fun of me for buying your horrible weapons from Taurus. Super disappointed.DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS.The best part is nobody responds to the claims the force you to enter on their miserable website. Is it ran by 1 person? I mean they **** so much its scary to know those weapons are the most unreliable in the market. If anyone cares from Taurus USA please contact me ASAP.Its been 2 months since i enter the claim yet nothing. I mean NOTHING from you yet. F is your grade.Now lets see if you can ever change my opinion. Cant you read all the negative comments everyone leaves you???

    Taurus USA and their online store is a dud. They say they have a product available but they don't actually have it available. Days can go by and you do not receive information about your orders. And to communicate with them is very difficult. When you manage to communicate by email, it takes more than 3 working days for you to receive a response from them. They need to improve their online store and improve customer service.

    Taurus owns *****, tried for a week to get someone to call back. Sat on hole on phone for 1.5 hours listening to music, no picked up phone. Horrible customer service. All I wanted to know is what type of stainless steel they use to make their guns. Sent email to ***************** reply was "WE DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND WE USE, THANKS FOR CONTACTING US". Wow, smh

    Just one more dissatisfied customer. Their ordering process is a joke - -zero transparency on where an item is in the order pipeline. No ability to cancel online. Their "contact us" form apparently goes directly to a trash can because they do not respond. Long hold times when you call. 3x contacts with **************** and I am still struggling to get an item returned and refunded. They have zero respect for their customers, would highly recommend to avoid this store AND brand.

    Do Not Order Anything From The Taurus Website. They sent me a holster that is way too big for my gun even though their catalogue says it will fit. Taurus said they will refund my $30 purchase price but I have to pay the return shipping! Their catalogue is wrong but I have to pay to return it! Taurus' prices are also ridiculous compare to Amazon.

    Bought a Taurus Judge new from Rural King. $350. The revolver was defective upon first shot. The cylinder wouldn't revolve. Sent back to Taurus in the beginning of November. Two weeks later They notified me that the frame is completely out of square and they need to destroy the gun and send out a new one to the gun shop I purchased it at. They are making me pay the $30.00 fee for another background check. Infuriating to me. Today is February 1st 3 months later and I have not heard a thing from Taurus. I will never ever purchase another firearm from this company again (Taurus). They are the bottom of the barrel as far as I'm concerned. Consider this before you do business with them, they have horrible customer service. And build horribly cheap guns.

    Where can I add negative 10 stars? Just like every other review. Placed a order for magazines and 2 minutes later they marked it as completed and shipped to me. Two minutes later on a Sunday night!? No don't think so. It's been over a week and still nothing. This place, buying direct from, is obviously a scam if every review is pretty much about this same thing. How are they still in business!?! I will now get rid of my taurus firearms and never purchase a taurus again and I have many many gun enthusiast friends and I will make them well away of how taurus does business.

    I have had a reason to contact Taurus CS recently.They were easy to reach, they were knowledgeable.They answered my question and handled my issue immediately!Some people are saying they **** BUT I am here to tell ya these folks are great!At least, from MY experience with them. I contacted by phone and email and got connected quickly. I have no idea why these other folks had a different experience, I can only attest to mine.

    Shop Taurus .com -I ordered a holster and a laser -the laser arrived and I was charged for both -The holster never showed up and then i went online and i could see it was on back order-customer service will not answer the phone, online customer service took day's and multiple messages. I just asked for a tracking number or my money back. Then they wanted to give me a store credit. No -Thanks **************************

    Bought a Taurus 444ul in 2015. A few years later they discontinued product and no long stock parts for it. Grip split in 2022 (7years old and a dresser drawer queen) and cannot get a new grip for it. Try shooting a 44 mag with no grip. Cant even find aftermarket. Taurus response? Oh well. Then tried to get a missing s**** from side of frame. Would not send me one, have to send in the whole gun ( minus trashed grips) and wait for them to put a s**** in it. Ridiculous.
