    Ordered a part for a handgun that was out of the box defective. But that is another story. Anyways they took my money and never sent the part I ordered and paid for.

    I order 2 magazines. Their website shows order is complete but I have not received it. They will not provide a tracking number. They do not answer the phone when I call to ask about it.Do NOT order from them online.

    Got my brand new 38 special fired 6 times and seized up...a revolver mind you. Sent back to tarus never ending run around. Last tarus I buy maybe I can sell it Buy a s &w instead

    Bought a G3C with safety lever, the display gun at cabelas had the red dot marker to have the visual indicator of safety off. When received ordered gun the red dot was missing. Contacted Taurus and they wiped their hands stating its been removed. Their website does not mention anything and all the pics shows it. I seen a few taurus guns that does not have safety lever and they have the dot. Seems their quality control is a hit and miss. Taurus will not do anything about it, Which in my point of view is a safety feature that should be there. I think this will be my last Taurus as they dont stand behind their product.

    The customer service at ****************** is horrible. It wasnt always like that. Their shipping time for parts is very unreasonable. In todays day. And age. Example I ordered a part Sunday morning. It is now four days later, and it still has not been processed my order that is. It is ridiculous. I have ordered two different types of ammunition from two different companies online after I ordered the part from Taurus, and both boxes of ammunition will be received long before Taurus even sends my part out in the mail enough said

    BEWARE! If you buy something from their online shop, you will be stuck with the item wether you like it or not. Good luck getting a return or replacement. Their customer service is horrible. Been 6 days now since I requested a return. Each day they reply requesting more information like reason, and next time my address which was odd, I think they are stalling so my 30 day return window expires. SUPER SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS!!!When I bought my two guns, the TX22 and GX3 I read reviews about this company which were mostly bad. Quality and customer service were the main focus on the bad reviews. I should have listened to them! Next gun(s) will not be Taurus, going with a Glock or Sig ***** now.

    On 11/11/2022 I ordered 2 pinky extensions from Shop Taurus USA for the GX4 I recently purchased. They took the Money out on 11/12/2022 and on the website it said completed. On 11/18/2022 I received an email asking to review the product. I replied that I hadn't received it yet. I called them on 11/28/2022 and asked where my order was, when was I going to get it. They told me that they had an issue on 11/11 but it was being processed and would get back to me. I asked for a refund. No reply by 11/29 I called and asked what was going on. Was told again it was being processed and it would take **** days for a refund. On 12/2/2022 I called and asked what was going on and was told it would take **** days for a refund. It was being processed. I called again on 12/5 and was told it was shipped and they couldn't issue a refund, until I received it and sent it back. They said an email had been sent to the people trying to cancel but it was too late to stop the shipment. I called 2 times to cancel. But they say they shipped it anyway and it's my responsibility to send it back before the process a refund. If their processing refunds is as screwed up as their order fulfillment process. I'll be calling them going into the New Year to get my money back from them. They had 17 days to ship my order, but didn't until I called complaining asking for a refund. Then they miraculously managed to get it together and supposedly sent it to me. After I told them I did not want it. I told ****** on 12/5/2022 that if I received it I would send it back. And that they should issue a refund now. They took money out of my account on 11/12 but failed to provide me with the product. I should not have to wait until they feel like refunding my money. I will not be spending my money on their site in the future. I Just want my money to spend it with a more reputable company.

    Placed (small order of 3 items); received package undamaged in timely manner but 2 of 3 small items missing. 1) Packing slip says "please alert us immediately at lostintrans [at] taurusholdingsinc [dot] com,"Email is returned as rejected address. 2) I used the online "contact us" form. No reply 2 weeks 3) I tried email again, still rejected by Taurus domain. -- another 2 weeks pass -- due to military call up for TX/MEX border mission duty 4) I called today. Asked to be put on hold & hung up. I call back, new person tells me it's outside the 30 return policy! Lady, I'm not trying to return anything. I'm telling you your email address you give out is bad, your online portal didn't get me a response and I still don't have my product!"I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do, is there anything else ELSE I can help you with?"ELSE? ELSE? you gotta have a first before there's an ELSE!All for 2 parts totaling $15? You think I'm trying to scam you?This is how you treat military customers? OK, you wanna help, pass along to IT their exchange servers reject the email you publish on your packing slips and their contact us web portal doesn't work, so others don't get screwed too."I love the TX22 pistol, but I'll never order parts or accessories thru them again... I'll stick to trustworthy 3rd party vendors.

    Cant even get a full magazine to run thru it! Terrible product! Will never use this gun again. DONT BUY TAURUS GUNS! They Suck! Waste of my money!
