      I cannot wear their shoes. Neuropathy in balls and toes of feet cannot stand the touch or feel of shoes. I want to return and willing to pay shipping and customs fees but no one will help me fill out customs paperwork to get $150+/- refund for order. They have companies in Florida and Wyoming but want returns to go to China. So sorry for trying out their product that their refund policy does not include returns shipping and customs fees and shipping. If it did, I would not have ordered because no one will help 73 yr old stupid person to fill out.

      They seem super flimsy and cheap. I am afraid they will fall apart if I wear them outside. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I got bamboozled by them, like so many others. It's my own fault for assuming they were legitimate without researching ahead of time. I feel so stupid.

      I wish I had found these reviews before I ordered from Hike Footwear. It's interesting how varied others' experiences are. Fortunately, my experience is a little different. I ordered the shoes in my regulare size. I needed firm but substantial flex, which my running shoes are too stiff for and stocking feet not enough, for doing a "standing/wall pilates" workout. The shoes were way too big. I emailed the company requesting an "exchange for size". Their response was an offer to send me some socks to help adjust the size!! Seriously. I stifly bit back, and the very friendly reply was that they would honor the "exchange for size", but did not want the original pair returned. I got an email confirming the shipping of my new requested size. We shall see.

      The shoes did not have any arch support, as stated with the ones I ordered. Since this company returns go to ***** they are impossibly expensive. Besides the fact the only way I could even get any information on where to send was when I sent an email asking to process a return. After 11 emails, I finally settled with 62% refund and 3 pairs of Hike Barefoot shoes that are trash. DO NOT use this company nothing but a SCAM and expenisive one at that. Horrible horrible company! I do not think this company even deserves even 1 star rating, they need a 0 star rating, I cant believe companies can do business like this. False advertisement big time!!!!!!!

      The shoes did not have any arch support, as stated with the ones I ordered. Since this company is in *****, NOT *******, returns were impossibly expensive. Besides the fact the only way I could even get any information on where to send was by disputing the charges w my credit card. When calling/emailing the company they never responded or just hung up the phone after explaining I wanted to return them.

      This business is a scam! I did not like the fit of the shoes I received, and when I tried to return them, I got the total runaround. Much like the other reviewers here. Morning: do not do business with this company. Amazon is a better way to go.

      When I got the shoes and tried them on, I realized that they did not offer the support that I needed to be on my feet at work all day. They were more of a water shoe than a work shoe and had no arch support. I contacted the company to try to ask for a shipping label to return the shoes, and a full refund and they refused. The only thing they offered was an exchange for a different size or product, and would not offer more than a 30% refund with no shipping return label.They have a 5-day return policy which I was unable to meet. Shortly after ordering my shoes, I had an accident which resulted in a fractured pelvis and 17 days in the hospital. While I was in the hospital, the shoes arrived at my house, but I was unable to open the package or try them on within the 5-day grace ******* When I explained my problem they refused to accept a return and full refund that I was asking for. This company is dishonest and disrespectful of handicapped persons. They need to be forced to accept returns of their product when extenuating circumstances prevent the customer from making the ***** deadline. I can provide documentation proving that I was hospitalized at **************************** from June 22, 2024 to June 26th, and that I was then at the ************************************* from June 26th to July 9th, 2024. I was unable to open my mail and check out the shoes I bought until July 10, 2024.

      Your company has by far the WORST cust service/sales skills. Answer their phone? Why no how would they possibly do that? I mean customer service phone agents that is literally what they do and there's no way any wait time could be that long for a company that barely anyone has ever heard of especially by a company that can get half off of an actually better shoe from Amazon answer your phone's people return an email people it's been sitting in transit for eight days this is ridiculously stupid

      Yes, they come from China. Yes, it takes a little time for them to arrive. BUT, the shoes that I received are exactly what I ordered and they fit like mittens for my feet. They are so comfortable, perfect size, and I love mine.

      Shoes are not what they promised. Returns are sent to ***** with ***** to return them to get tracking number. The custom number isn't enough for *****
