      I bought two pair get one free for my daughter-in-law and I for Christmas. I kept two pair and gave her one pair. I have knee and back problems and peripheral neuropathy in my feet. I have worn my Hike shows every day since Christmas day. I love them, they fit perfectly, my back feels better, and my feet do not feel the extreme burning sensation.I am well pleased with the product and am about to buy two more pair. But beware of the fake Hike website on FB/****.

      They are very upfront about free returns but it is not until you go to return them that they tell you that they do not pay for the return shipping.Also, I even went up a size and they ran too small.

      I ordered a pair of shoes on March 2nd. About three weeks later I received an email stating they were undeliverable without an explanation as to why. I was later provided a tracking number for SPX delivery company. I contacted *** but never received a reply. Several weeks later I was notified that the shoes were returned to the vendor. Long story, short, after several emails to ***** at Hike, I was told on Aprl 26th that the shoes were returned to the overseas warehouse which would take over a month to process my order. I have requested a refund of $69.95. I had also paid insurance for shipping. Hike Footwear does not provide a phone number for customer service.

      Wore the shoes for less than a month and they came apart I asked them to replace. They said no it was past the 30 day return policy. I wasnt returning them. I wanted them to replace them because they fell apart. I would never buy from this company or recommend them to anyone. The shoes are made very cheaply. Dont get sucked in like I did.

      Very poor customer communication and service. Im still waiting for the shoes I ordered. When ordered, the website read limited stock so I ordered. After weeks of waiting I finally reached out to the company and was told they were on back order. That should have been told to me. Then I found out they are not made and/or shipped in the ***, another false advertisement, they are coming from overseas. I always thought I was good at researching businesses and such but after this experience, I will research more fully and think twice about ordering. PLEASE, Friends, dont believe everything that is listed, posted, or shared on websites.

      Do not buy these shoes if you are not absolutely sure they will fit! The shoes I ordered did not fit me so I wanted to return them. They did not give me my full refund even though I contacted them the same day I received them. I only received $24.00 of the original purchase price. I went back and checked the return policy and no where does it state that I would only receive a partial refund if the shoes did not fit. I am so disappointed!

      I ordered a pair of bog back in February, they hurt my feet. I returned them in plenty of time to get a refund, I have been dealing with them ever since them. A customer service agent named Emily has been emailing me saying that they want to give me a 30% refund. Then she said several weeks ago that the refund had already been processed to to a credit card that wasn't even mine, when I explained this to her, she remarked, whatever, your refund is on the way. Needless to say I've never received any such refund from these people.

      I have bought 8 pairs and gave 2 of my friends a pair. We love them. I wear no other casual shoes. Theyre great with jeans capris shorts or dresses. They have really helped my feet. And customer service has been excellent. 5 stars all the way

      I have ordered 4 pairs of Hike shoes. Shipping is somewhat slow but I have received everything I ordered. The shoes feel great! I had a large corn on the bottom of my foot that has almost disappeared since I began wearing these shoes. I wear them everyday. I read the negative reviews concerning the companys negative BBB rating. Now Im a little nervous about ordering in the future, even though they are the most comfortable shoes Ive worn in a long time.

      I have purchased 2 pairs of shoes but have only received 1 pair. Their customer service is non existent. I had to email them 6 times and call 3 times before getting a proper response. Emails go days without being answered, phone calls lead to an hour long loop of trying to reach someone. It has been over a month of me trying to get what I paid for. When I finally did get an email return, I have been told that I have to prove the shoes were never delivered. A nightmare company to deal with. The shoes get a 3/5 the customer service a 1/5.
