      I ordered two pairs of shoes from Hike footwear but I not get any response for them, I thought the order had not gone through until I saw a charge on my credit card about three weeks later. When the shoes finally arrived about a month after I ordered them, I tried them on but I did not like them nor did they fit well. The quality seemed subpar for the price. I called their customer service number to try to return them, but apparently they only do returns by email. When I emailed to request returning the shoes for a full refund, the response I got was that I could not return them but they would give me a 30% refund or I could get a replacement. I did not want either option because I did not want a replacement and I wanted a full refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and hopefully that will resolve this for me, but Ive never seen such horrible practices from any company and I wanted to report them. I see that many other people have done the same and I wish that I had researched this company before I bought from them.

      Shoes do not fit properly, toes slide all around. Shipment was not shipped as advised, almost a week late. Was over three weeks in arriving when was told 7/to 10 days. Numerous emails. Then when they did arrive and didnt fit properly. More emails about returning. I asked for a prepaid shipping label and was advised I had to pay. They then offered a 30% discount and keep the shoes, when I didnt accept they offered a 70% discount. They advertised 30 day satisfaction guarantee, but do not honor it. Theres was no paperwork with shipment. You have to did deep into their website to find return policy. This you dont know as you you were not told in advance.

      on march ******* i ordered my shoes ,to be delivered in 7 buisness days , when i got the tracking number on april 8 th i did the tracking i found in *******, it had been threr since march ******* .i ordered on 20th ,I sent an email they said they would look into .I sent another email asking what they found it said for me to wait until the 30th and they would either send another pair of shoes or my money back i havent heard from them and i sent another this morning with on answer. i told them a good company wouldnt have kept putting me off .they got their money on 3/21/2025 . I have my statement also im 72 years old and have no idea how to send the paperwork to you unless i send in the mail . the lady i have been talking to is ***** ,she keeps saying we are turning over to the fulfillment team . last week when i was looking up tracking number a message came up on my computer that i was possible hacked it took me hours to get that off a man spoke to me and tried to get my card and all my bank accounts i did not give and we got that message off .I just want my shoes but if they cant than my money thank you

      I ordered a pair of hike footwear on 3/25/25, they have never arrived. When I called Hike footwear on 4/30/25 they claim that a company called US-*** attempted to deliver 2x on 4/24 and 4/25 and that the package is at their facility waiting to be returned to Hike for non-delivery. I never received anything at my address indicating that they attempted to deliver or any contact on how to deliver. i have reached out to US-*** through chat and email and have not heard back from this logistics company. Hike footwear informed me that if the item is returned they will resend it, this company ships overseas so it takes a month usually to go one way so that means it will take at least another two months or more to ....which is unacceptable. i also have the shop app and on that app it actually says the item was delivered. (which it has not been) If the item cannot be delivered in a timely manner i want my money back. The customer service agent told me that once the item arrives to the state we cannot cancel the order that our only recourse is to wait for the item and hope it arrives at some point. Ridiculous!!!

      Hello, I'm joining the others vs HIKE Footwear. I've communicated via email and phone calls and I'm extremely frustrated. First, they said delivery is via **** then later I found out there's a third-party delivery involved. I live in a secured building where this type of delivery isn't acceptable. After two failed attempts, the package was shipped back to their overseas warehouse.After several calls and emails, my last email probably scared them. I said something like if I don't receive my FULL refund, I'll seek legal action. In the last email I received early this morning, they said if they don't receive the package from their other warehouse by June 11th, I'll receive my FULL refund.If there's another address available, I could forward all emails. Re: phone calls, here's the breakdown. ************** is the number I've called every time. I was told it's a New York number. 1. Mon. 4/21/2025 at 8:08 a.m. HI time. On hold for 56:54. Spoke to *****. After I told her my situation, she said the ********************** would call me back re: my refund. I told her that the call can be placed btwn 9 a.m. & 10 a.m. HI time tomorrow, Tuesday the 22nd. NO CALL BACK. 2. Wed. 4/23/2025 at 9:23 a.m. On hold for 53:21. Spoke to ****** Repeat #1; wanted call back btwn 8 a.m. & 9 a.m. She said someone from Special Teams would call. 3. Thurs. 4/24/2025 at 8:03 a.m., call rcv'd from Sel. 4. Fri. 4/25/2025 at 6:34 a.m., I called and spoke to ***** again. On hold for 20: 15. I called based on email from ***** (main person via email) giving me more *****! So same old line re: special teams will help me. 5. Still Friday at 7:34 a.m., **** called me. Call lasted for 6:35. She first confirmed my address. Told her that's not the conflict. Conflict is their delivery method and I'm not interested in getting the merchandise. Re: ALL my calls and emails, I highly emphasized I just want my refund and why.

      On March 18, 2025 at 11:02PM, an email was sent to me from ******************************************************************* thanking me again for my purchase.  It also stated they started to process my order, "and can expect an email with detailed tracking information within the next 24 hours."  "Your order is expected to be delivered within 7 business days."  

      The 7th business day was March 27th.  

      The **** contact number was also provided:  **************.  

      Then on Mar. 20 at 12:27PM, another email was sent saying: "Your order is in transit."  **** number was provided again.

      NO communication until April 4 at 2:37AM.  "Your order is out for delivery."  Once again, **** number was provided. 

      So what happened to the March 27th delivery date?  ZERO delivery! 

      Next, received second email on the 4th at 4:27PM saying: "Your order has a failed delivery attempt."  

      Isn't it awkward that in their emails, they provided the **** number so I could track down my package, yet there was a failed delivery attempt? 

      I blame myself for not tracking my package when March 27th came and after the 27th.  I really took it for granted that something happened and it will be delivered soon.

      I hit the ceiling when I received the second April 4th email re: failed delivery attempt.

      I'm not sure if this means anything, but the following address is included at the end of most of their emails:

      The sender's # is how it appeared on my phone: ***************, and sent on Mon. April 7th at 1:05 p.m.   

      Reply to first text: "Hello.....No, I'm sorry I'm not at home.  I hope the Security Guard took the package."

      Last reply: "Well, I'm not at home so I can't do anything now."

      Also, my first email to them was on Sat. April 5th at 5:35 p.m.

      "Hello, 

      I don't understand why my package was marked as a "failed delivery attempt."  But if its received at the facility as undeliverable, please process my refund."

      I've dealt w/ a woman named *****.  No last name.  She's supposedly a **************** Representative.  

      The only email without her name or another sender's name was on Mon. the 28th at 4:18AM apologizing for the inconvenience, and stating: " If the parcel has not arrived at our warehouse by June 11th, we will process a full refund for you.  Thank you very much for your patience and understanding." 

      ***** emailed me prior to this email, still giving me the run around.  And before her reply, was when I said: "Do whatever it takes to process or I'll seek legal action."

      I stopped dealing w/ them since I told ***** I'll seek legal action.

      Since a third-party was used to do Hike's delivery, yet they provided the **** phone number as the tracking system...isn't this like some type of fraud?  

      I'm planning on visiting one of our post office's in a couple of days to expose what Hike has done.

      Hello, 

      I hope this is of some importance.  On March 19, 2025 at 10:52 AM, an email was sent re: I qualified for a special one time deal.  The contents were various types of deals.

      Within the email, is tracking information:  YunExpress tracking number:  YT2507821211002462.  I didn't think it could be something connected to my order until tonight so I found the tracking information.

      Since I'm not able to attach/enclose it, anybody can go to ************************ and enter the number. 

      Re: undeliverable attempts, I wasn't notified re: April 7th and the 9th. 

      Also, click on the link under Additional Notes.  Somebody will see information re: the courier, SpeedX. 

      **** was never involved in their method of delivering.  It was SpeedX all the time.  As I mentioned in my last writings, it's fraud to have used **** in the body of several of their emails.  Well, to me it is.

      i ordered a pair of shoes for my husband from Hike Footwear. they were delivered on March 22; after being rerouted numerous times within this company, I finally was given the information to return the item, which I did.they rejected my request for money back b/c they claim their return policy is for 14 days. everything on their website states 30 days - I would like to have my money for the shoes refunded. The shoes were returned within the 30 days; now I have no shoes and no $. please advise. thank you

      I ordered two pairs as part of a BOGO. I have a hard-to-fit foot and as such I always measure and order according to the size measurements companies provide. When I received my shoes they were a full size and a half too big. Clearly, the sizing chart on their site was wrong. In addition, the shoes felt and sounded like they were made from tissue paper. Extremely cheap materials with shoddy construction. The site promised a 30 day money back easy return guarantee. I emailed the company explaining the problem and requesting a return. Their response was that I could keep both pairs of shoes and exchange for a 20% refund. I replied, saying that I wished to return the shoes to them even if I have to pay for the postage and receive my remaining money back. They countered with me keeping the shoes and receiving a 50% partial refund. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company and plan on fighting it tooth and nail. Buyer beware on the HIKE footwear brand!

      I bought a pair of black mens 11 shoes from their site on 4/13/25. I finally received a pair of white/light blue and a much smaller size. Have sent numerous emails over the last couple days with no reaponse or acknowledgement. From the many complaints, i probably wont hear from them. I just my refund of the full amount so i can buy a pair from a more reputable company.

      I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from ************************** on 3/15. Order number *******. The post office, tracking number **********************, said they were delivered on 3/31/25, at my mailbox, so they weren't there I went to the post office who initiated a search and discovered that my package had been wrongly delivered to ******************* not to my address. I contacted the company, who requested a certificate with the tracking number. I again went to the post office who gave me the letter attached. Stating that my package was wrongly delivered and that they made several attempts to recover it, but failed. There are several emails for the past two weeks and they continue to not refund my money. I've given them proof from my post office and the tracking number and order number, all I want is my money refunded to my credit card.
