i ordered a pair of hiking shoes for my mother in law on 4/2/25. Everything seemed ok, receiving a notice a package has been shipped and on its way. I received an email stating there was a delivery exception from ****. I put in the tracking number and it doesn't exist. Cant get through to ****, they wont connect to anyone because the tracking number is fake or incorrect. Hike customer service just left me on hold for over 2 hours when I decided to hang up and realizing no one was ever going to answer. No hold music that says they will be with you shortly. Ther is a dot com message in the background that you cant hear very clearly. everything about this says fraud. i cant get throught to HIKE or to ****. I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from Hike Footwear on 3/14/25. On 3/15/25 I received an email confirming the order and stating it was in transit. It is now 4/4/25 and the order is still in transit.. when I contact Hike, they simply say it is in transit The **** tracking nukber said a shipping label was created on 3/29/25, but no package received.I have contacted Hike Footwear via phone and email. They simply tell me my order is in transit.The website shows a FL address. I made an online purchase on 02.28.25. According to tracking my order was delivered on 03.07.25. I did not receive my order. I reached out to customer service multiple times and was told to ask my neighbors, reach out to the shipping carrier and obtain a "non-receipt certificate". According to the shipping carrier they delivered my order. They even have a photo of the package in my mailbox. The package was NOT in my mailbox when I returned home from work on 03.07.25. I reached back out to **** and was told the same thing again. I needed a non-receipt certificate. I requested a refund and continue getting the run around.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of sneakers from Hike-Footwear. They arrived 2/20/25. They were too small and I decided to return them as I did not like the design or fit. The return process is complicated, time-consuming, unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. I followed the return process closely. Hike Footwear emailed me twice on 2/26/25 indicating that my return request had been submitted successfully and that my return request had been approved, but I would have to pay for return postage. I returned the shoes by **** on 2/27/25 and kept the receipt. There was no further communication from Hike footwear about my return or refund except I did receive 7 marketing emails during that time period. On 3/20/25 Hike Footwear emailed saying my return request has expired. As per their return policy, returns or exchanges must be completed within 14 days of the request approval but offered a 50% partial refund. A 50% refund is unacceptable to me. I made the return as required before the 14 days expired. Any delay processing my return and refund was at the company's end. As I wrote on the return form I want a full refund to my Mastercard for $59.95.Customer Answer

My apologies for not updating you earlier that the company Hike Footwear did respond to me and sent a refund which I had requested. My credit card was refunded $56.92 on 4/01/25. Before crediting my account however, ********************** wrote a lengthy email requesting (pleading) repeatedly that I change my negative review as it can affect their business. I did not change my review.

The order was delivered to the an unkown address by ****, the courier Hike Footwear contracts. Hike told us we need to obtain a certificate of loss from ****. We tried to request it from ****. We tried emails no response. Tried calling and they don't answer the phones. Tried chat, it won't connect you to a person. We reached out to Hike again and their response was to try an alternate method to contact GOFO. Not sure what that would be. We just want our money refunded and it's evident Hike footwear is not willing to provide the support nor take responsibility for the terrible courier service they use. On Feb. 24 I placed an order via internet link with Hike-Footwear.I was trying to order one pair of shoes. Instead my order was conformed four 4 items. I called the company and they did cancel ans refund for 2 ********* item, a pair of insoles that I didn't want and tried to cancel was shipped but not the shoes. The insoles were delivered on March 5.I called the company and there response was that my order was delivered. I then e-mailed them and had them check their records. Their customer service admitted the mistake. The shoes were supposed to be shipped to me and they gave me a new tracking number. The tracking number does not exist.I again contacted customer service and was informed it could take up 15 days for me to get the ******** is now 15 days and I have no shoes, but they have my money.I want the shoes or I want a refund.Initial Complaint

Order was delivered within the last two weeks, I then wrote the company - no response.I called them yesterday and they gave me all kinds of excuses why they couldn't refund the total amount. I could get a refund from the government with less of a headache. They seems to be running a major scam and made me fill out a form agreeing to accept a partial payment - lots of "bells and whistles" to waste my time.I am 82 years old and this nonsense is taking a toll on me. I felt I was dealing with a third world country or trying to deal with thugs, Please help me.****** ******** **********, ***** P.S.
