  I purchased a bracelet from this jewlery store, they sent me something completely different than what we agreed upon. After going back and forth for days they kept trying to substitute the bracelet for something of even lesser quality. Then I just started realizing all their jewlery was not of quality. So the lady truly and German showed me how to finance the item. I financed the item with 2 different companies, snap and progressive leasing. I first learned about this jewlery store through social media and I was reading the reviews and they seemed good. What I did not know is that they were not allowed to finance through 2 different companies for the same item. Also I live in ********** there all the way in ******* she told me how to fill out the application. Them telling me they do not return items I turned to the finance companies for help. The lady truly called me back screaming at me that I messed everything up and they were not going to accept my return after the finance company had told them they have to take it back. So I sent back the bracelet and I cash apples her 480 dollars and I spent almost 100 dollars reshooting the bracelet. I would like my 580 dollars back because the item was completely returned and untouched. If you have a no return policy your suppose to send the item we agreed upon. I have pictures recording and everything documented. The company is avoiding me when I call and to return the bracket was a horrible process. *** reached out to them the bank and no one can do anything about that transaction me having the proof. I hope you guys can help me, there not even on the bbb website, I would like this compan exposed to their wrong ways of doing buisness, and to help buyers and people not get robbed by these people. Thank you. I also have recording and other documents to show. They offered me to take the equivalent of the money for some non quality products they have I said no thank you I would like my money back.
