Horrible service!!! This is a SCAM. Dont use them! Aside of spending $3k. They then said I would owe another $1k. They showed up late for pick up. Didnt have all the stuff needed. Then they took over a month to deliver my items. ALL THE ***** WERE BROKEN! The boxes were smashed and broken. Most of my bed frame was missing. My mattress has been packed in the mattress covers and it was ruined with water stains. After 4 months of fighting they offered me 1/20 of what my furniture cost. Ive lost thousands of dollars. You call National movers and the manager ***** tells you **** you signed a contract saying you were ok with us choosing another company. The other company was Infinity Moving Solutions- ANOTHER SCAM!! Dont use them!!!!

AZ to VT: Overall AWFUL! 1) the good: loading team from AZ were efficient, funny & polite. 2) unsure how the storage was but the company makes sure you pay. 3) the bad: Cross country = no communication / we had to constantly phone. Found out that the truck broke down and then (after an additional 11 day delay ... this AFTER the expected **** day grace ****** the company dictates] we get a call that the large truck can not safely arrive our VT location (it could as other big truck companies managed. Apparently it's the driver's call) For an ADDITIONAL $500 our belongings were moved to a Sprinter van and then delivered. We had no choice. This must have been a sub contract. The ******************* was the ONLY mover. He worked hard and he was polite. 4) the ugly: one of our boxes, packed in original ****** printer box went 'missing'. We informed the company representative [***** of National Moving]. He's the original contact man - (paper proof presented) - there was NO REPLY. WARNING: do NOT believe the company's insurance policy. They add costs. We're out $250 for the printer. $500 for the 'transfer fee' and $75 fee for furniture rental until ours finally arrived. Look elsewhere. Nov. 2023 PS I had *****'s contact info but the company would not let me leave this review unless I removed it.

Absolutely terribly company and the partners they **** you off on are even worse. They left trash, used boxes, empty tape roles in several rooms and all over my driveway. 10% of the fermeture they moved arrived damaged! And the owner was nothing short of condescending and rude!

I was told on day i Signed contract my move was $42,256.76 and would it would take 5-7 business days for delivery. Well another company came to pack up and move my household items and they told me 7-9 business days for delivery . Actually took 15 business day and final bill was $15,050.31 out of the 117 boxes only one box was missing and that contained my jewelry. Funny how that happened. Lots of damage and broken items for which I was paid 60 cents/lb. Do not use National. They are rated very highly but they handed off the job to another company without my knowledge. I also suggest to everyone to get additional full replacement value insurance.

Nightmare is far too calm a word to use for the disaster of our move. Our move actually took place on July 9th 2023. We knew we would not see our stuff until 2 weeks ago. The salesperson (I wish i could put his name in here) I should say con artist sold this hellaish company to me. I thought I did my due diligence, but, alas I did not. Three (3) movers in total were involved in my move from South Carolina to Washington state. My initial estimate was $7800. I was unable to sell my bedroom sets so I called them in advance they told me 9800. The day of the move the movers were only 3 hours late. English was a second language for them. My total became $16,500. Half of my stuff, which is not replaceable is destroyed. I am talking pieces. Furniture is scarred beyond recognition. The phone calls and threats. I mean threats if I dont pay X my furniture will be sold that day at auction. I was getting phone calls from people I did not even know were involved in my move. My husband is a disabled Vietnam Vet. We are lets say not on the younger scale. We have had 3 long distance moves in our lifetime and this is one for the books. God help and be with anyone that uses this company

One word - NIGHTMARE!!!!! This is a BROKER you should never use! Actually don't use a broker for any type of move. It is a waste of money. I was never advised that there would be sub contractors. The moving company and carrier selected for my out of state move were third rate at best. National Moving touts itself as the number one moving company. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! It was the most stressful move I have ever done. Neither the moving company nor carrier were punctual and days late. Upon delivery, the furniture was damaged, boxes were missing and I even had extra boxes from another unfortunate customer. Heed this warning and advise others to never get involved with National Moving Services, ****** *******.

They raised the price on pick up when its too late to back out. They sub contract with another moving outfit. I would not recommend them. They give you a rosy sales job then they say its impossible to know accurately what the price would be. They start saying that they have to add wrapping material, etc. they are scammers. It was about 1000$ more than quoted.

Very quick to sell you their services (*********************************), while assuring you they can meet the date you need your furntiture at the new location...then the real customer service nightmare starts. Nobody can give you an update on when your goods are leaving whatever warehouse they are in. **** told me when he very quickly and efficiently collected my deposit told me he would be my contact throughout the entire moving process now can't help with anything. Calling National Moving Services customer service department will get you a rude representative that does not understand why you are concerned...after paying over $3000 up front, they will tell you to call the actual company (which I have) that has your goods (***************-another horrible experience) and threatens to hang up on you..."I'm not your sales rep, call them, I'm hanging up on you". Do not use these companies...when my furniture was picked up from my home, after it was loaded )and of course, I needed to pay extra beyond the updated quote) I was then informed they had up to ***************************** and I could not *** them until after 30 days. Obviously, this is common business practice for them if this is there disclaimer after they have possession of your good. They really don't even deserve the one star rating.

Our first long distance move and the horrific job this company did. Long story shortthings arrived broken, and boxes missing. The missing include a 52 inch television and personal paintings and pictures.********** WILL NOT be the price you pay! You will pay much more, and they hold your items until you pay - before the service is complete.
