    They rented a condo unit to my wife our pets and myself. The condo unknown to us and undisclosed to **, has a mold infestation problem due to lack of proper HVAC system and shotty remoldingwork performed years ago that was unlicensed, uninspected. The remolding construction flaws along with an undersized HVAC sytem causes the dangerriously high humidity levels which makes the mold grow. This has been a nightmare for the last couple weeks. I am contacting anyone that *** be able to help with this serious health issue. The scariest thing is that the realtor ******* and The Stirling Condoium Complex were fully aware of the mold infestation and the obvious health hazards to my family, prior to renting the unit to us. How can anyone do that to another person??? Inflicting damage to us that can not be cured. Mold attaches to your internal organs causing damage and it can not be removed. Now there attorney is trying to make mke us take all of our possesions and leave ASAP.(for 9 months they didn't care until we discovered the problem) They sent Proclean out to inspect the damages. The Puroclean inspector told us we can not remove our possesions and take to another loacation due to cross contamination. We have pictures and documentation as needed, The city of WPB is sending out a violations code enforcement officer to confirm floor plans and unliscened construction performed. **************

    I responded to the complaint 1 week ago. I don't understand why my response was not registered. 

    Nevertheless, we dispute all his allegations. We timely responded to all his complaints about alleged problems. We offered to move him into a hotel while there was work being done to address the problems he informed the landlord about. He refused to go to the hotel and he stayed in the property. ******** had to serve him notice that if he did not allow us to work on the property, then the landlord could evict him. He then began to cooperate. We even offered to terminate the lease. The tenants were not very nice to the landlord's representatives. In the end, the tenants used this matter to unilaterally terminate the lease.

    I am rejecting this response because: The simple and factual responce is the best. Miami Forever Reality ******** rented us a mold infested rental peoperty. They were completely aware of the mold contamination health hazard prior to renting the unit to **. The *********** Code Enforcement, 2 different remedation companies & ***************************** all found the Landlord/Miami Forever Reality at Fault. The reasons for the mold infestation were due nonpermiited, uninspected remoldong of adddtional living space added on and not performed to code specifactions.The landlord has to have a liscened contractor come in and get the permits required and redo all of the illegal remolding performed in order to make the unit safe for Human Habitation. **************
