      I have purchase a product from them in June 18, 2024. On August I emailed and inquired about my purchase they informed me it would be sent out immediately. As of 10/20/2024 I have not received my purchased items. I email and requested a refund, which they responded with blocking my email address. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS WEBSITE!! They are a complete ****.

      Definitely DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company. This company is NOW a complete scam. I ordered from them one time which was my 1st time ever in January 2024 which although somewhat slow, I did actually receive my product. So I took a chance and ordered from them again in August 2024 & spent more money than the last time. It is now 2 and a half months later with no product, no update, no response when you reach out to them via telephone which the answering machine doesn't allow you to leave a message instead it requests that you send a text message and still no one responds back. I am now in the process of contacting my bank to hopefully be refunded for a product I never received. I wish I had of came to BBB to see all of the reviews below before I ordered from this company. There must be some type of way to have their website flagged as well. Save your hard earned money from this scamming business. Such a shame to have such individuals in the world like this.

      I would award ZERO stars if allowed. This company used to be legit, albeit a little slow, but now...NOT TRUSTWORTHY! I purchased (PAID FOR) products in May, and it was never shipped. It's July, and after repeated attempts (5), no response and no product! I don't know what happened to this company, but they won't be in business much longer. JUST AWFUL!

      I placed the order two months ago and there was no response. Radio silence! I contacted the company via email, text, and Instagram. The product is amazing Ive had it before. However, please dont be fooled and listen to the customer feedback because I didnt and purchased anyway And was bamboozled out of $100.

      I have been a loyal customer of this company for several years. I made a purchase on May 14th, 2024, and a shipping label was created on May 22nd, 2024. Despite multiple attempts to seek information regarding the status of my order, I have not received any updates or responses as of June 21, 2024. I have reached out through social media and filed a form with the customer support. Unfortunately, the emails to this company have been consistently unsuccessful in reaching the intended recipient. Regrettably, such inattentiveness has been experienced in this business interaction.

      DO NOT ORDER!!I was a loyal customer starting in 2020. By 2022 the company was not fulfilling orders, ignoring communication, and deleting negative comments from their social media page.File a complaint with the **** Too many customers have been scammed out of their money.Please also check out MouthTv on ******* that briefly investigates this company and highlights *************** involvement with the company.

      I love the products. But never received my last order since the beginning of COVID-19. I received a email a year ago asking if I still wanted my products or a refund, to produce my receipt, and I still wanted my products. I still have not received my order.

I first informed the business of this problem 10 months ago on September 27, ********************* contact with someone June 8, 2023. I would appreciate a refund due to the unprofessionalism of this company.

      I've ordered from here multiple times and no issues. However, this last time I ordered, in FEBRUARY and STILL have not gotten my complete order! They text every now and then and say what I ordered is not in stock and let me choose a replacement. This have been going on since FEBRUARY!! it is now JULY! Will NEVERRRR do business here again! I want my money back!
