      Yes, I have a valid complaint against embrace pangea. I was referred my a famous *******r ************** She does a commercial for them in her ******* videos. And then I went to the site and they had highly favored comments. The products and packaging looked good. I had been visiting that site for quite some time. I finally decided to go with three purchases in one day. A n app popped up to go to and sign up on to get further tracking. We'll I'm 46 years old and don't want a bunch of apps taking up space on my phone. So I renigiged on that offer. That happen June 3rd. So I got in contact with them about my order and asked if they could go ahead and provide a tracking. They never answered questions but instead stated they were backed up I said O.k. Now it's July 20th. And I haven't heard from them since. I've been emailing them No response whatsoever. And their refund policy is etrocious. Unfair. I didn't No about how they ran their returns. I'm worried about my money Now. I want to pull out of this deal with them somethings not right. I need assistance.

      This business is a complete scam. I ordered one bottle of sea **** capsules May 17, 2022 and never received tracking of when my order would be shipped. After sometime I emailed and they gave me the runaround about how the warehouse would fulfill my order within 48 hours, a week past - I email again and they give me the same response. That was over a month ago and I never received tracking. My item NEVER came and its been almost two months. This business should be shut down completely as they are unethical and taking peoples hard earned money with no intentions of fulfilling their orders, it is a complete ************** Please look into this business and shut them down.

      Spent $70 for vitamins and sea ****. Placed an order 5/8/22, as of 6/4/22 no response to 2 emails. First email asking for an ETA, 2nd email asking for a refund. Still waiting for a response. I should have come here to read the reviews before purchasing.

      I am filing an official complaint with the *** and today with the BBB. In February of 2022 I placed an order for 2 products with Embrace Pangaea and they were quick to charge me $59.69 and provided an alleged tracking number for order number ******. I waited for one month and finally the package supposedly was being transported (I paid for extra shipping) and allegedly the order arrived and the note said, "the receiver rejected the products" which is incorrect because I have a private mail box through ********************* and they accept all my packages. Also I spoke to the owner at the *** store near the Galleria and **** assured me that he would never reject a package. So I followed up with Embrace Pangaea and called and the auto voice said to text them because they are busy serving the world, I text them and never received a response, so I emailed them and I received a message to provide the order number and date of purchase and amount and which method of payment I used which I did so immediately. No response. One month later I followed up again via email and asked for an escalation or for a manager to contact me because we are now in month 3 of waiting for my products. No more responses. I did a contact us on their website and no response. I filed a dispute with my bank and my bank declared that the company does not answer them either. Now I am here on the BBB and see that my experience is one shared by many. We need help to shut down this company because they are unethical, uncivil, fraudsters, and are not accountable. My official certified letter goes out tomorrow and I will file with the *** and keep on until I receive my products or my funds reimbursed.

      I wish I could give them minus stars! I placed an order on February 22, 2022. After six weeks of waiting I order from another vendor. Requested a refund from Embrace Pangaea. They asked me to compete a form, I did. And now no one will respond to my request for my money back. It is now over two months and I will not stop contacting them. I work hard for my money and company’s should not be able to take your money until they ship your product! I want my money back from these people!
