I purchased a ************* glk 350 2015 with ******* miles on it from high performance motors back in august 2024, the process went smooth enough and i thought everything was good until a couple days after having the car I started smelling a really bad gas smell. Turns out the car had a gas leak, that is extremely dangerous and ANYTHING could have happened to me, i told the guy that sold me the car about it and luckily they inspected it and fixed the problem but i was out of a car for like 4 days bc of this issue. Whatever, 6 months later I get rid of the car and trade in for some way better and reliable because the car had a lot of suspension issues and it was costing me so much i just wanted to get out of this bad decision. These people put a warranty on it which I didnt agree to initially but said whatever, because a car this old its worth getting warranty on. Well I no longer have the car and have been contacting these people for the past 2 months. I have called just about 10 times, emailed twice, texted several times and they have YET to cancel the warranty. This warranty is by *********************** and the only ones who can cancel the it is the dealership which sold it. I barley drove the car and given that i paid 2300 for this warranty, for a car i barley used i need my money back. Everytime I call or go, they state the person who cancels it is out of town or the manager isnt there . How Convenient right? I was holding back from writing this review but I thought I would let others know how this dealerships does things.

On November 8th I went to High Performance Motors in ************, after looking at the Mustang they had in stock, I decided I would buy the car, BUT, the car had minor repairs that they need to fix, they told me they would repair the car and it would take a few days to repair, I had no issues with that, well, two weeks went by and still no information about the car, I called and was told the car was sold to a different person, I was surprised but said ok, I would like my 500 dollar deposit back, WELL, I have been told that the manager will call me, (nothing) then a few days later I call back, Im told only the Owner can give refunds, 3 days later (still nothing) then Im told its thanksgiving holiday and the manger and owner are not around and I have to wait till Monday, On that Monday I was told they will mail me a check, but the owner can only sign the check, 7 days later and to my surprise NO CHECK, now Im told they need a copy of my drivers license (so I send it, Still nothing) I have text them EVERYDAY, somedays I get a response sometimes nothing at all, today 12/11/24 I received a text that the owner was going to call me, its now 6:25pm and no phone call. I dont know if you can help me, or what else I can do.I do have a signed agreement from the manger that I did give High Performance Motors ****** dollars and its fully refundable with his signature on it.

My wife financed a used car which she was mislead by the salesman/manager. As before even making a deal, my wife ask more than once if the car was in good condition and if it had any mechanical problems which the salesman replay no and only showed her aesthetical fixes which they were gonna fix. As soon as she drove the car outside the dealer onto I-95 heading home the car started turning on several warning light. Ex: motor oil leak, transmission issues, headlight not turning on, and tire pressure low. We went back the next day (less than 24hrs) to returned the car. Which they state they do not returned the money back, the can take a look to what is wrong with the car and try to fix but will not return the money. They do not have any return policy on the website, or we signed one, or gave use a verbal information regarding returns before closing the deal. As a consumer I feel very cheated as this is our hard working money we have saved to buy a decent car for my wife and daughter to drive on the daily basis for them to mislead and cheated us to buy this mess of a car. We would like our downpayment back plus any other amount paid to the dealer and the bank financing and cancel the financing process.

I bought a vehicle from the High Performance Motors dealership on 12/21/2023 by finding a listing on ********* The listing stated that the vehicle price is $10,000, the mileage is around 90 thousand and the vehicle is in a great condition without any major mechanical issues. Which ended up to be completely misleading. However, when we went to the dealership, we found out that the mileage on the odometer was ******* and we had to pay an extra $2000 as an extra deposit that had not been mentioned within the listing. While signing the purchase documents, the dealership representative has never shown me a Carfax report and I have never signed it. Later on, I paid a third party company to run a Carfax report and found out that it has been in two accidents, one of them major (functional), 4 owners including one lease. The very next day after I bought the vehicle, on 12/22/2023, the air conditioner stopped working. It took the dealership more than a month to fix it. As a result they have fixed it and the air conditioner stopped working again in the beginning of February 2024. On April 30th, 2024, I had to stop on a side of the road due to some major issues. The vehicle was not starting. I called a tow company and moved it to the Land Rover Palm Beach dealership for further examination. On May 3rd I received a diagnostic result from the Land Rover Palm Beach dealership with the repair estimate on the amount of $14,890.72. The engine has to be replaced. Obviously, the High Performance Motors knowingly sold me the vehicle with the major engine issues. However, we had a Gap Protection for up to $25,000 on that vehicle since we consider this situation as a Total Loss, but none of the institutions had provided us any options or information on that. I have already paid $420 for the tow service and $650 for the vehicle diagnostics to the Land Rover Palm Beach dealership and would like to add it to the requested amount.

I purchased a car for my 16 year old son. The car was sold "as is" and upon delivery found out it had the wrong bumper for the car which resulted in the vehicle not having air bags, the crash bar isn't attached, it has an oil leak, and the frame is bent. The vehicle isn't safe for driving and I have attempted to work with the dealer without resolution.

On or about 2/29/24, a deceiving ******** post, led me to visit the mentioned establishment in search of a vehicle to purchase Upon arriving I was greeted by ************************ who showed me a few models. I specifically became interested in the 2017 Infinity QX30 SUV Model. During a walk through of the establishment, ************ confirmed the **** of the car would be $13,000.00. Given my interest, I was then assisted by *************************. ************** provided me with a total of 10 documents to execute, which included a Receipt for Down payment, As Is Buyer's Guide, a Pre-Repo Agreement, amongst others. During the transaction I was told I would then be contacted by the loan company, at a later date, and confirm any pertinent financial information with me. At the completion of my execution of documents, and tendering the $3,000.00 down payment, I was invited to take the car home and was not required to show any proof of insurance. On or about 3/9/24 -3/10/24 I was contacted by the loan company and they mentioned the total loan amount would, in fact be, $16,000.00, to my surprise. I expressed my discontent and shock as to the provided information. As result, the loan company mentioned they would contact the dealership to gather the accurate information and would contact me back. The following morning, unbeknownst to me, the car was repossessed from my parking lot. It should be noted, by this point, I had the car for less than 10 days and did not express by any means, I did not want to keep it. I just simply had questions about the loan terms as they were not clear at the time of purchase. After realizing that the vehicle was towed, I was informed the car was ordered to be repossessed by the dealership. As such, I proceeded to visit High Performance once more and spoke to ***************. He mentioned they just were entitled to repossess the car since I had questions about the purchase price and provided me with no further information. I requested a copy of the financial/loan information, to no avail. They simply refused. I then proceeded to follow up by phone and was assured I would be sent a copy of the loan documents via email, and said information was not provided to me. A detailed research of the business address history, demonstrated there was an additional business registered under the same address titled ************. Interestingly, this establishment (currently out of business- per their own website) had outrageous ****** reviews, mostly based on my same core of issues, among others. Interestingly, pursuant to Sunbiz records, High Performance Motors has been operating at the specified address *************************************************************** overlapping with ************ operations as of the last Annual Report filed by both companies in March and August of 2023. I am simply seeking to obtain refund of my down payment as I was defrauded by High Performance Motors. I have attempted to contact the business several times to reach a resolution and have been unsuccessful to reach anyone including Mr. ********************** a registered agent of the establishment, and identified to me as the General Manager.

On Jan. 19, **** I reached out to this dealership to inquire about purchasing a 2019 Jeep Cherokee truck they had for sale. I informed the associate that I was pre-approved through ****************** and she asked me to submit an application and sent me the details. Once I submitted the app. She called me with her finance manager and they told me that I was approved for the vehicle and asked me if I could come in that day to finish up the process. I informed the lady that I had to wait until the following day when my daughter was off work so that she could drive the rental car I was using and she asked me if I would put $500 down to hold the vehicle. So I provided her with my debit card information and she collected the $500. I asked the woman what documents did I need to bring with me and she told me my driver's license, my last two check stubs, 5 references and proof of full coverage insurance The very next morning my daughter and I drove to the dealership. I met with the finance manager and provided him with the documents he asked me to bring. He then asked for 3 months of bank statements and I informed him that I do not have a bank account, nor was I instructed that I needed to bring any bank statements in. He left out the office and when he returned he told me that he could not sell me the vehicle without the bank statements. When I asked for my $500 to be returned he told me that he could not return my money because I didn't bring the debit card I used to make the payment with.
