Charged my friend ****** a down payment before having his deal deal approve. We ended up finding a better deal at another ***** they now are giving him the run around to return is down payment for a truck he never took home nor even signed a contract for. When asked to speak to the manager when trying to work the deal out the manager flat out refused to talk to him, and is now making it impossible for ****** to get his refund. Do yours a huge favor dont purchase a vehicle here. The salesman who sold me this car literally finesse me to buy a **** bronco car with brakes that were corroded. I really believe since I came here by myself as a woman, he took major advantage of this. ***** should be ashamed of his self and when I tried to do a trade-off unfortunately I couldnt do it due to it being an upside down deal. Please beware of what youre getting yourself into when you purchase any car from any dealership especially from this one. I called the gentleman and the sales manager ******* in regards to having issues with the brakes. I literally bought the car on 1/26 how is it possible only having the car for a few days and Im already having break issues? The gentleman who sold me the car told me to bring it in. I brought it in on Saturday. I dont know exactly what they did, but nothing was really resolved with the issue it originated. I had to return back again to speak with the general manager ***** Who kindly help me replace the brakes even though I was explaining to him that it was definitely the brakes. I asked him to drive the car and he blatantly told me that it was a squeaking noise when indeed it was a grinding noise my friend, who came with me explain to him what the car needed. Its repairs. He was still saying no it is not. It was making not making any noises which indeed wasnt true. I told him that is a liability on their behalf for sending me home with messed up brakes with only having ******+ miles. ** this issue would have been resolved on that Saturday that I went I would have never been upset the way I am now and unfortunately I am with this car and Im gonna have to figure it out in the long run. What I would do with it. Hopefully I dont have any more issues with this car. Just be aware of everything from the As is contract to not getting refunded back. First thing to say, whatever you do, do not buy a vehicle from this dealership! The old dealership seemed to care about you, now, the new management is all about greed. We ordered a **** Maverick for my son. We have been waiting for the vehicle almost a year. It finally came in, but we were on vacation. We told them vehemently that we wanted the vehicle. With only one day left on our vacation I was texted by sales person who by the way we have dealt with for over a decade, that they sold our vehicle out from under us. What they did was totally illegal and just disgustingly wrong. We ordered the vehicle straight from **** and also had a $200 deposit down on the vehicle. The only thing they offered to do for us was sell us another vehicle if someone doesnt want one of theirs. Now they told us we could order a **** if we want. We have bought four vehicles from this place and referred numerous people there who have bought vehicles. As I said before, now, the new management is all about greed, greed, and greed. oh, did I happen to mention that they also tacked on the largest dealer fee in ******* and also put two aftermarket things on our vehicle that we did not order? Yep, those things also added up to $3095 extra on the vehicle! So whatever you do, do yourself a favor, and go buy a vehicle from anyone but this place. I guarantee you will end up paying at a minimum at least $3000 to possibly even $10,000 more than somewhere else. Visited dealership and spoke with ****. Found a vehicle and asked for BEST price. I was offered $83k for a truck which was the sticker asking price. When at home I brought up their website and found the same vehicle with same vin# was listed for $7k less. I asked dealer for their BEST price again. I was sent a screenshot of offer document showing they took off $5k. I brought this to salesman attention. He began making excuses. Typical used car dealer. Will scam you anyway they can. From seeing all the other BBB reviews it now makes sense that this is not an isolated event but a standard business practice.Review from HUMBERTO M

Very deceiving dealership. I was initially redirected to the site through an employee's discount service provided by my company. On the website, they advertised a vehicle for a reasonable price (still a bit over the MSRP anyways); so, when I was initially contacted on the phone, they offered me the same price. It was still reasonable, so I drove to the place. Upon arriving there, they told me that the offer had been a mistake and raised it by 6k. After some back and forth with the managers, they came back with the same original price advertised in the web, however, with the total number still inflated -they were forcing us to purchase unwanted addons, totalling a similar original total. They declined to take out the addons, offering no explanation. This was a total waste of time; I don't recommend anyone to go there. After reading other bad reviews, I can see why.Review from Todd H

I ordered a vehicle 8 months ago using X-plan pricing. Finally, the truck arrived, but when I went to sign the documents, the dealership refused to honor ****'s price protection and told me I wouldn't get a refund if anything were returned. They also suddenly wouldn't honor x-plan pricing, adding more than $3,500 to the total cost. They couldn't give me an explanation and just said it was the GSM's decision. It was a clear bait-and-switch tactic, as they agreed to sell me the vehicle for a predetermined price but sold it to someone else for $10-12k more. Don't waste your time at this circus of a dealership. Go to another one.Review from Jeromy D

I purchased a 2021 **** Mustang GT500 from this dealership in November 2021. The vehicle was damaged by the dealership without any disclosure. They never put the car in the sun for the reason the car was covered in swirl marks. The salesman (******), stated that it came from the manufacture that way, we dont wash these cars. The paint correction cost me $1700. Then I found that the fenders had been messed with by seeing the fenders dont line up and they tried to *********** pain to cover their mistake. They boasted about how they treat veterans, I am a combat wounded veteran. I purchased this car with the money I receive for earning a Purple Heart. There is no accountability, there is no shame for what they did and their management team in dealing with this are non-exsistent. I guess thats why they are in the car business. I purchased a car and not even 2 months later my car broke down, I called to schedule a service day to fix it and the service manager was extremely rude, unkind, not caring, and nasty. She would’nt even schedule me or listen to me talk she kept cutting me off. She even said she no longer wanted to talk to me or argue on the phone and hung up. Committed fraud and scammed by the salesman ***** . Days prior I had been in communication with the dealership about a 2007 GMC Yukon. Already had deal in hand thru my financial institution and a bigger with said deal send to them and me. I advised the salesman ***** about and proceeded to the test drive. Filled out their in house appl and all that was needed was a signature. ***** just lied thru the whole thing ...I was told to wait but in reality it was for nothing, him and his cronies NEVER submitted my application, you know why?? ***** decided he wanted my truck so since they made it look like it was submitted it wasn't...got tired of waiting and was told I had 48 hours to come back...as soon as I walked out the door ***** went to work and purchased MY truck!! My financial institution never got the appl that I filled out and next day when I called to inquire that's when nonchalantly I was told that ***** bought it at 6:30 Friday. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This dealership is utterly unprofessional and has absolutely no integrity. My husband and I purchased a Ford F150 in January of this past year. It seemed as though we were being shoved through the process because the finance manager was too eager to go home. In turn, our bank was not given a check for the payoff for the truck that we traded in for a total of 7 weeks, resulting in an additional two payments on a truck that was no longer in our possession. When we called to speak to a manager, we were repeatedly sent to voicemail and never got a call back. We are still out over $500 due to their negligence and they do not even have the decency to call us or show integrity in their name by refunding us the money they are too inept to handle. Fast forward a few months, my husband got pulled over due to an expired tag. I know that I had paid up to 2022 and when I called the county tax collector, they said that the dealership was in fault. They reported that the dealership did not even put the tag in the county that I live in. They said that I need to call them to get a sticker for 2022 since that is what I walked into their dealership with. Shockingly, I called and was sent to voicemail. I called again to try to speak to a manager and was sent to voicemail again. My husband was able to get a hold of someone and we are expecting to hear from a manager tomorrow (although I won't be holding my breath). I am appalled with the way this business runs and want some type of resolution to all of these major inconveniences.
