    I have done work for Elite cxs for 1.5 uears and they do not pay their bills. I have contacted ***** ******* multiple times asking for payment. They are a scam and don't pay, they say they have been the victim of Inside theft. Not my problem, pay your bills.

    I completed a mystery shop for Elite CXS on January 24th of this year. I paid out of pocket with the agreement that Elite CXS would reimburse me by their pay schedule posted on their website. It is now May and I have not received any payment. There is a "pay statement" on my account but I was never given the option to provide payment details (****** info, bank account number, etc) to actually receive payment. I have since learned that they use a third party company to issue payments and an invite to join the third party company is required for payment. I was never sent an invite. I have called and sent several emails to which have been ignored.

    I have been calling and leaving messages for the money this company **** me. I have also sent several emails and no one other than one has tried to assist. I was told that this matter was escalated but I have not heard anything or been contacted in 2/3 weeks. The only contact I received was via email when I was told this and I was informed that this department does not handle any payments. I was provided another email for this matter but still no returned contact nor has anyone told me what is going on.

    I am an indpendent contractor who worked for this company and I am owed $3500 in payments. I have been told many times excuses about payment was "on the way" and February 13th was the last time they responded and said they would pay me. ***** ******* was the person (owner) who assured me payment would be on February 14. It never came and ever since then I have called, emailed, etc and they do not respond.

    I completed a job on 2-21-25. They have not yet paid me. I have sent many emails and phone calls, but have not received any response.

    I am registered as an independent contractor mystery shopper with Elite CX Solutions LLC. On November 15, 2024, I performed a shop at ************ at the *************** in **. Elite agreed to compensate me $10 plus a reimbursement for the required purchase. I completed the shop as they requested. Elite generated an invoice and agreed to compensate me $169.95. To date, I have not been compensated. On December 13, 2024, I performed a shop at ************ at the ******************* in ****, **. Elite agreed to compensate me $10 plus a reimbursement for the required purchase. I completed the shop as they requested. Elite generated an invoice and agreed to compensate me $179.50. To date, I have not been compensated. Elite owes me $349.45 in total. I have emailed and called requesting payment, but I have been largely ignored. I have documents (emails, invoices, agreement, etc.) to support my claim.

    In November and December of 2024 I paid for products on behalf of the business. They were supposed to reimburse me by 12/15/24 and 1/15/25. I have pay statements that indicate $525 is owed to me from Elite CXS. Pay statement 162 and pay statement 163 for their reference. I have reached out to them multiple times via email and by phone. No one is providing an update or payment. They appear to be ignoring me. This business feels like a part of a scam.They continue to post opportunities online claiming they will pay you in exchange for your services. However, they are not providing payment. There are multiple complaints online about them as this seems to be worsening. They are taking advantage of those in a financial bind and signing up to perform services for them. They need to make payment or shut down their scam business. They cannot be trusted to run a proper business. They cannot be trusted to abide by the agreements they sign.

    I completed three mystery shops for them totalling $145 and was not paid. I tried contacting them four times and kept getting shuffled between departments. I also tried contacting the place where I did the shops but they said they didn't deal with that.
