  One of the property managers, that manages the south St. Pete area is very unprofessional. Upon moving in, Mid-May, I've gone a month without AC, couldn't keep my windows open, due to lack of follow up on the first maintenance request to put screens on ALL of my windows, to have some kind of air flow, and not be eaten up by mosquitoes. I made numerous attempts to follow up on the maintenance request to no avail. Sometime in November, I noticed water damage under one of my cabinets, to the point it deteriorated the back wall inside the cabinet. Exposing a disconnected drainpipe. Allowing pests to invade my home. I put a work order in, there was no answer, a week later, the project manager left a lockbox on my door without informing me 24hrs prior (which has happened on more than one occasion). a week after that, an inspector came out and said there was also a busted pipe under the house and that he would be sending the plumbers. It was only after I asked the property manager about being credited for not being able to fully utilize my home, was when the plumbing issue was fully resolved. furthermore, the manager assigned maintenance to remove a bag I've had sitting outside of my home, which was assumed to be trash. Instead of contacting me, as done prior, to inquire and allow me to take care of it. Luckily, I had a male friend house sitting for me, due to my e-bike being removed/stolen off of my porch, who was able to stop the bag from being thrown away. He was also wrongfully assumed to be residing in the home and confronted by the property manager to be added to the lease. When I inquired about why I wasn't notified 24 hours in advance, about the manager being on the property, the confrontation with my friend, and having my property removed before speaking about it. I was met with an unprofessional response, and the manager abruptly hung up. The property manager also threatened my guess with a 7-day eviction notice. P.S please help, BBB.

  Terrible company. Voicemail full, cant leave voicemails, they dont answer the phone. Will leave you without AC for weeks until your animals die from heat exhaustion and still not fix. Terrible ****************, not prompt, not professional, seems their fixes are only bandaids. Within 2 years of renting, we have had EASILY over 60 days without AC. Mold, roaches, and prior water damages. Poor build quality of rental will raise your utilities significantly. Half our light fixtures flicker or do not work at all. Many unanswered maintenance calls, or we will be back to fix but they dont come back. Said theyd fix our lights a year ago to no avail. We have records of everything mentioned. Overall horrible experience, do not recommend. We are demanding reimbursement or compensation at this point.

  Worsttttt company ever here it is feeling like triple digits outside. This is Day 2 of my air system being down and my home at 90 degrees inside mind you which is very unlawful being a renter in Florida, but yet no sense of urgency to get the matter resolved. So much for “emergency maintenance” For the money they want for the outdated units you would expect more from them, but nope spend your money else where!!! You’ve been Warned!

  Have tried numerous calls,texts,voicemails, bout my of security deposit never get a return call or text very unprofessional company to *** with. Will go to small claims court next week if no response.

  This is a bunch of demons and racist narsazis. Don't rent from these people.will take your money and when u less expected put u in the street.
