    They installed an above ground pool on our cement deck and it has been leaking ever since. When **** finally showed up to inspect after days of trying to get him or someone to come look he failed to follow instructions to call first before arriving and then proceeded to pound on our front door. When he reached the pool he immediately tried to say the leak on the ground was due to rain pour off from our roof despite not having rain for days. This assessment was so stupid considering just under the roof the concrete was dry and not a spot of dampness yet by the pool there is a puddle. Aside from that he was EXTREMELY rude to my wife and disrespectful and accused her of cursing at him which she did not do. He refused to look at the area where there is an obvious leak then stormed away when he thought he was being cursed at. In complaining to the office manager Jessica she was just as ignorant and unprofessional. We are now stuck with trying to find an alternative to getting the leak in our pool repaired. **** also tried to blame us the owners for causing the leak when it is obvious the leak is coming from under the base of the pool. Having installed the pool just two weeks prior **** tried to claim he was there a month ago.

    Around June 3rd 2022 Bluewater Island Group Inc. installed a pool liner at my home. During installation the technician told me (the costumer) the "sand base" had rocks in it but, it was not a problem. he filled the pool and said if i had any issues he would return and remedy any issues. The first weekend we got in the pool their were so many sharp rocks under the liner it felt as though the rocks were going to cut right through the liner. i called the number they provide no one answers they say we will return all calls in 24 to 48 hours not true that's just a way to screen the calls. My wife and i called for almost 2 months after threatening to get my Lawyer involved the responded and sent a technician out only to tell me the pool was dirty he could not do anything in a dirty pool. The water was clear but there was some scaling on the bottom so i took out my hand held pool pole pool vacuum to show it was not algae just scale he agreed but insisted it had to be cleaned before he would get in the pool to check it. So for the next couple of days i took off work to scrub the bottom of the pool to remove the scale even though i told the technician i was reluctant because of the rocks he insisted. He returned the following week only to say it was nothing he could do with water in the pool at that point i had enough. i called the office again no answer they called back later. i expressed my disapproval of the service rendered the office manager said the pool was fine to swim in if the rocks bothered me, just use the heels of my foot to push them down. First of all if the surface wasn't properly leveled the technician should have rescheduled and not installed the liner fully knowing it would be issues. They are the professionals and should have insured the surface was prepared properly before installing the liner. i should be refunded the $ *********************************************** at the very least have the liner replaced properly.
