I may 28 2024. I made an appointment to repair my air conditioner for 5:30 PM. They showed up a little early at 5 PM and was finished with my receipt dated and paid for it. 5:23 PM. It took less than 20 minutes to find the problem and replace the capacitor. I was charged $400. It was supposed to be mine as a service charger. $48 for hiring them. After research I realized and found out was $200. I received from various sites and I have that information such as Angi, property inspector website… I contacted the business to resolve however, I was lied to and insulted With no resolve. They said I had the oldest unit on the planet earth and it took time to find the problem because of the age of the unit and they had to replace Burnt wires that was a lie as I was there the whole time and they found the problem Of the capacitor and fixed it in less than 23 minutes. Receipt also states system had bad capacitor replaced, and everything working as it should. Itemized flat out charged $400, per support docs I was overcharged by $250 .

Customer called us out late on a weekend. We performed the repair and charged a fair price. The customer signed and paid for said repairs. I have attached the signed ticket

**** at David Turner AC is not being truthful  He changed stories with me as when I tried to resolve as well  I was there and there was no burnt Previously stated he blamed my AC stating that it took a while to troubleshoot because my unit is old, his exact words “oldest on earth”   The tech arrived at 5 pm and the receipt. States 523 pm he  was there for a total of 23 minutes and replaced The capacitor, only as you could see on the receipt.    I didn’t agree to anything other than payment. I knew i was overcharged, but I couldn’t make him stay there to research  I knew I had to pay  There’s a history of him being dishonest disrespectful and overcharging as you could see with the other reviews That I’m attaching
