            Well, to start the rules I signed when I bought the house didn't include the full *** bylaws. What I signed stated the *** is responsible for roof repair and replacement. Homeowner responsible for cleaning off debris. That's it. Reading that, they should be responsible for the entirety of the roof. WRONG. They have a separate bylaws they show you saying only if a tile falls off and/or old age. Next we pay for the *** to include lawn maintenance. We'll apparently they switched lawn companies and no longer did leaves as part of their contract. Didn't know this till I received a violation about my leaves in the front yard. What lawn company doesn't do leaves? Also they have sent us multiple violations for the leaves on my roof. I live under a HUGE tree. There will always be leaves on the roof! So I always get violations? Not to mention my roofer almost fell off the roof because it's so steep. I am a young woman, and my partner has cancer. Which one of us is going up there? This company is a bunch of crooks and liars. They need to understand this is not right.
