    We placed an order for uniforms. Received used uniform! Attempted to contact business several times with no response, now we are having to pay out of pocket to return items and file claim with bank.

    We ordered our uniforms almost 2 months before games were to start. They assured me someone would call when ready. No call. Since the store was over 30 minutes away, I tried to call several times. The call rang and rang and then hung up. I finally went to the store to pick it up. we received the incorrect colored jersey and the manager refused to return or exchange. When we ordered, we handed a blank black jersey to the we got soccer team member. She stated they have women's sizes and returned with a red jersey for my daughter to try on. She said they did not have it in black in this size, but if it fits, we can order black in that size. Well, she then ordered the red jersey. The manager stated is was a customer error and not a store error. To this store, the customer is always wrong. Unfortunately, this company monopolizes the soccer uniform in this area. Something needs to change!

    First if I could give negative stars I would...I don't even want to give one star, but this site makes me. This company is the absolute worst!!! It has been 8 months for my order to be completed. Still not completed!!! Every time I call, the order gets pushed back another month...FOR A SHIRT!!! This company offers absolutely nothing for the inconvenience!! Charged me 8 months ago, my daughter has not had the proper uniform due to this companies unprofessionalism!!! The recording says 1-3 weeks for an order to be completed. DO NOT FALL FOR THAT!!!! 8 MONTHS!!! 8!!!
