1 star****************. I was off work for 6 months on medical leave and fell behind. The only thing they offered me was to pay $7000, $3000 of that was lawyer fees, and to put me on a payment plan changing my monthly note from $922 to $1629.27!!!! Thats a trap because if a customer is already having hardships why would you almost double their payment??? Got a letter from the lawyer saying I was 2 months behind on the installment they put me on and to send the payments before the sale date to stop foreclosure, which I did, and they sent it back AFTER the foreclosure date saying contact the lawyer for the correct payment. I tried emailing and calling him multiple times with no response. He finally called back one time but I was working and could not answer. I called him back and emailed him again telling him my work hours and to please just email or text me the information I needed to rectify the situation. Still no answer but he sent a notice to vacate letter 3 days after Triad sent the letter saying contact him. This whole company needs to be under review. Just horrible.Review fromLeslie C

As a seller this is the absolute worse company ever, couldnt get their paperwork on time had to cancel closing 12/11 until 12/18 rescheduling they held payment for over a week when they finally did close. Required more paperwork after closing so they must mishandle paperwork. As of today 12/26 STILL no money and buyer moving into the house. With me out of state this is such a mess. Would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. Horrible business practices. No consideration of sellerTriad Financial Services Inc.

5 starsHad the opportunity to work with ****** ******* as a contractor at ********************. She is instantly responsive to questions and aid. It is not unusual when dealing with a manager to feel you are "the bad guy" without recourse. ****** not only listens to your considerations but discusses both sides of the problem with her *** members. You have the feeling when dealing with ****** that compromise is possible and you will not be thrown under the bus. This is good for the *** and the contractor by resolving misunderstandings before lengthy and often disruptive proceedings. *** ******* AAA Court ConstructionReview fromBrandon A

I had a loan transferred to them from *******************. I purchased my home in 2014 and the broker told me that after 2 years I could refinance. I am 6 years into a 15-year mortgage and nothing has been done. I just got approved for a refinance from them and my current term has 6 years remaining at 6.5% APR. They gave me an offer of 20 years at 10.5% APR. My payment went down from $495 to $360, but they increased the time on the loan, and the APR is almost double. When is America going to put its foot down and stop this ****** rigged fraudulent ******** with these companies.Triad Financial Services Inc.

Thank you for sharing your concerns about refinancing. We understand that refinancing may not always align with everyones financial goals. It's important to note that mortgage rates are influenced by several factors, including your credit score, debt-to-income ratio, and the value of your home. Additionally, rates are heavily impacted by broader factors such as inflation, economic conditions, and activity in the loan and bond markets. Unfortunately, when these external factors are high, mortgage rates often reflect those increases. We are here to answer any questions or provide further clarity if needed.Review fromCheryl S

I was a Triad Financial Services customer since May 2022 when I received a ******* home loan for my manufactured home loan in *******. There were numerous problems after we paid our down payment and Triad issued the loan funds. Triad set up an escrow account to which I paid monthly funds to cover insurance and taxes when due. We had to obtain the assistance of an attorney to get a copy of our registration and title. Unfortunately, I never received a title for the home since there was a loan against the home title by ********* Financial ************ in *********. Once I sold the home and the loan was paid off, it took several phone calls to Triad Financial Services and ********************** to get the original title issued to transfer the title to the new buyer's name. Now I am fighting to get the remaining escrow funds in my escrow account. I received a check sent to my address with my name and my ex-husband's name on the check, even though he has been paid for his half of the home sale and he is not authorized (per court order) to not receive any of the additional funds from the home sale. Triad has received a copy of the Judge signed court order that my ex-husband would not receive any funds from the home sale. I attempted to remove his name prior to the home and sale and was told the only way to do this is to refinance the home; why would I refinance my home if I have sold it. My last communication (prior to cashing check) to Triad stated that they would not issue a new check without his name or with the use of OR which is how my home title has been issued by ***. My attorney and the opposing attorney stated that I only needed to sign the check and it could be cashed by my bank for disposition of the escrow funds to my account. When I cashed the check, Triad Financial had voided the check and refused to release the funds, with no explanation. Why should I be forced to return to my attorney for assistance at $350/hr in order to cash a $491.61 check?Triad Financial Services Inc.

1 starI just want to pay my bill. There website doesnt work most of the time and it wouldnt allow me to alter anything or change anything online, tried reaching out multiple times to try and take my loan off auto payment, but they are close at 5pm and every time Ive tried to contact them I have not been able to reach a rep. ** course my payment bounced again. Because this is the second time in 6 months where I have tried to reach out to them and been unable to reach a person. The phone wouldnt even say theyre closed itd give me a disclaimer in Spanish, and drop the call. This is the second time where Ive had no way to get ahold of anyone in a timely fashion, it has not only cost fees, is effecting my credit, now they are refusing my payment and want to be wired or certified mailed the payment. They refused to take a payment or transfer me to anyone else or even attempt to do anything. Now they are saying thats the only way I can pay. I just want to pay my bill, its not my fault they dont have a good phone line, any after hour support and are unable to keep their website up majority of the time.Review fromDavid H

1 starAn absolutely miserable experience!Incredibly slow to respond (weeks at a time at points), made multiple mistakes (wrong address, incorrect math more than once), and even worse, they don't send their own people to closings! We just lost out on a deal because of the way they operate. They expected the seller to send the title through the mail! Never have a seen a company move so slowly, with so little care and communication to their customers. Stay far away from **********************, please shop elsewhere, go to your bank, anywhere but here.Honestly, I'm happy the deal fell through, can't imagine these people handling my money on a regular basis...Review fromTiffany K

1 star************** company out there, if I could give 0 stars I would. I got a little behind on my payments and sent them $5,000 to get caught up. They said they never got the money and tried evicting us and make us move out with 3 days notice. It took a few weeks of fighting with their lawyer to get it fixed and now they keep sending the payments back to me in the mail trying to foreclose on us again. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! i am hoping to sell this house as soon as possible!Review fromLaTashia E

1 starThe worst company to ever do business with. The customer service is poor and they give you the run around talking to multiple people who have no knowledge what you discussed with the previous person. They harass you for their mess **** Im glad we wont be using them ever again. They are a headache to deal with and everything is not explained clearly when you do get to talk to whoever and they are very rude.
