      Stay away from this company. There content is generic and boring and it will mess up your ability to edit your page and content. When you try to cancel your subscription they will not respond to phone calls or give you an option to unsubscribe. It will be a total nightmare trying to access and edit your page from then on.

      I mysteriously got two emails that my payment failed. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. I have tried to call. I have tried to sign in (not using the link). Nothing. I have no active instagram and have not singed up for IG posting. So why are you trying to charge my credit card. Then I checked these reviews. Total scam.

      I have an account with Home ASAP. They posted to my IG during 2024. They auto billed me $98.00 in December 2024 for the year 2025. I sent 5 emails & multiple phone calls (left messages) that went 100% unanswered. On 1/27 I finally reached a live person on the phone that said 'no refunds - you signed something back in 2023 that said you get auto billed. We can only credit your account'. I told her I would take it up with my credit ********** responded 'No problem - we will send them what you signed'. Sounds like this is not the first time they've had this happen. How strategic that they bill in December for 2025 & do not offer any refunds. I want a refund as this service did not yield me 1 lead or help my business. The customer service is terrible and the way they conduct business is sub-par. I have contacted my *********** are working with me to dispute the charge. Do not do business with this company unless you like getting auto-billed with no refunds allowed! No wonder they have 1 star on the BBB!

As advised READ services are not under contract but are subject to the Terms of Use agreed to at purchase.We are more than happy to work with our agents to transfer any nonrefundable payment to another service that best fits their business model and that option is still available to you.       You can never get in touch with them! And they have double charged me and still have not refunded my money! I have cancelled all services with them, but they have the nerve to keep emailing me for a sale on services!!!! Terrible customer service and not that great of products.

      Hi again ****** ***** further review of the account, it does show interruption because of a Failed Payment and that there are 2 different emails located as primary contact separate from the billing email. Please be advised that agents are responsible to maintain a valid email for contact or can expect that they will not receive notifications. Even with services are active and scheduled for cancellation, you may want to reach back to confirm which email is best to use so that you do not miss post notifications or other updates until services and/or membership is cancelled.       Whatever you do, do not use this company. They will not cancel your services even after you expressly tell them to cancel all services throught their customer service department and a are promised they will not be renewed. I think this is a SCAM!

      Hi Again ****, Please refer to our previous correspondence that provided you with proof of your agreement to Terms of Use at each of the multiple purchases you had made through your READ Membership account. As advised, you had requested cancellation to one of your READ services using our online cancellation subscription page that is available to all members 24/7 but did not cancel the other subscriptions showing on the same page. We are sorry that your assumption was that we would cancel all services automatically at your request to cancel one of multiple services. We do not make that assumption as services are not under contract and agents may find some services still useful while cancelling other services prior to the Non-Refundable autorenewal date as advised. As provided in our correspondence we had also sent you reminders that the other services remained active and a 30 day Pre-Renewal Payment Notification providing you ample time to use online cancellation of your other services or reach out to our offices to request cancellation. With an A+ rating from the BBB and with a 4.5+ star rating on ****** we are completely transarent regarding terms and make every effort to keep our agents updated on their account status. Terms are applied equally to the *******+ READ Members across the ** and ****** as outlined in our correspondence. Since the non-refundable charges are now in dispute with the credit card company, the funds and additional fees are being held in the lengthy and costly claim process as advised. We will be working with your bank directly to validate the charges and will close the account as soon as the payment issues are resolved. Our sincerest apologies that the efforts we made to keep you advised on account and our recent efforts to resolve the matter have not settled the matter.       HomeASAP claims they notified me if an upcoming renewal. The email they claim to have sent is nowhere to be found...not even in the infamous spam folder. I notified them within days of charging my card I did not want to renew. They refuse to refund the charge. Steer clear of this company. There are plenty of alternatives who operate ethically.

      Total scammers...I think they work out of a garage and will scam you out of your hard-earned money. They have had several people leave cause of their actions. Doing your ads they will take your money and stop doing your ad the second month forward and unless you call and complain and check if they are doing the ads you will lose that ad budget and that budget goes right into their account. This company should be investigated for Bait and bait-and-switch tactics. Read other reviews this company is a Realtor's Nightmare.

      Horrible!!! I had a "remodel" done to my social media business page with the understanding that they would do some things to increase traffic to these sites. Literally all they did was add a couple of photos. NOTHING ELSE!!!!! I asked them for a refund and they refused. When I pressed the issue I was told a supervisor would be calling me that day....I got no phone call. I called back and was again told a supervisor would be calling me.... NOPE! I will continue to call until someone calls me back and they give me my money back for their false advertising.

      Absolutely a terrible company that is charging agents on an AUTO-RENEWL basis for a service that is less than vaulable. DO NOT recommend, customer service is difficult to reach emails are blanketed and filled with legal contracts that protect them from being accountable. If less than 1 start was available they would receive a 0 from me and my team of agents.

      I purchased the ** app from the in Dec 2023 and I've yet to have them call or email me to set up the **** I emailed them the *** contract, called them, and also emailed them and no one has called me back. I wish I could cancel the service.
