I want you to know how d&b business operates- A few years back , one of their reps/goons called and threatened to give my company a negative d&b rating if we did not comply to paying approx $1000. Last week we were denied credit at Chatham steel because of this rating. We paid cash for the order (because we can) and everything is proceeding. Is this how a reputable organization operates? Or is it extortion?. If this is a standard practice for them I will be reporting it to all necessary entities.Review from Tracie P

D&B is a terrible business offering little to no solutions. The customer service is terrible, the leadership is not available, promises are made and not kept. I rate this business a FReview from Donald H

I paid $139 for report that had very little information on it. Now a year later they are going to hit my credit card again because it is a autamatic renewel. When I click on the link to cancel they want to know what case number, I have no idea what it is. I then called the number on the screen and they are not open at 8:30 am EST. They are makeing it as difficult as possible to cancel something I did not want in the first place.Review from Raymond O

This is not a business. It is a total rip off scam. You open an account to get a D&B number for business credit then they report what they want and you can't even correct it with out paying at least $8000 a year. They need to be investigated. Oh, wait... they federal trade commission charged them with doing just this in January of 2022. Why are they still doing it??Review from Nickees D

Absolutely atrocious, bottom-feeding company.This company takes a bot that scalps random bits of information offline to generate a business listing on their company for your company. The company then broadcasts this fake information to other directory-based websites, so that your business name is tied with incorrect information that's then populated all over the internet - all without your permission.They then want you to submit ALL of your correct information (address, name, phone number, etc) to then "delete" your listing.Their customer service is non-existent. No humans pickup the phone unless you try reaching their "sales" department.This company needs to be shut down ASAP.Review from Joshua K

These people are professional extortion artists. They claimed we were less than 31 days late on **** labelled *********************** and asked me to identify the charge. Have attempted to talk to multiple "account managers", they are a joke.Review from Malina K

I am an Accountant and I handle the accounting of my own company, plus several of my clients. Dun & Bradstreet, *** ropes people in by listing erroneous information on their site but when you attempt to correct the information, the only way to do so is to pay a subscription. Once you pay the subscription, it is an endless cycle of website loading issues, faulty & complicated procedures and a customer service department that is just useless. The only reason people pay this site money is the hope that their credit will be a little easier to manage. Trust me, whether you pay them $0 or $1,000, you are in for a frustrating and inconvenient sequence of events. We **** a better solution!Review from Anastasia S

They double billed us for services, then refuse to refund the mistaken billing after 4 attempts over the last 25 days to fix this. I mean looking at these other reviews, I guess it all makes sense.
