When I filed a claim for storm damage to my home, I wasnt sure what to expect, but these two professionals turned a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring process.**** *******, as the Senior Desk Adjuster, was my first point of contact and truly set the tone for excellent customer service. He handled the initial claim with remarkable efficiency, patiently walking me through the paperwork and ensuring all details were accurately documented. His clear communication and willingness to answer my many questions gave me confidence that my case was in good hands. ***** attention to detail and proactive approach made the behind-the-scenes coordination seamless, which significantly reduced my stress during a challenging time.Then came ****** *********, the Senior Field Adjuster, who brought the process to life with his on-site expertise. ****** visited my property promptly and conducted a thorough inspection of the damage.       Citizens insurance charge you a premium, then tell you that your house doesn't meet their criteria for the policy, then won't refund your money back. And from what I'm reading on these reviews, they are scamming many people out of money!!! It seems to me they are committing fraud, and it is time a law firm sues them for it!!!

      They will not pay contractors on time. I have been reaching out to them since yesterday about my earnings not being processed and they are now willfully ignoring me. I will be contacted the labor board about this but DO NOT WORK OR PICK UP CONTRACT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU AND WILL LIE ABOUT WHEN EARNINGS WERE PROCESSED JUST TO GET YOU TO LEAVE THEM ALONE.I WANT MY MONEY THAT I WORKED FOR! This has put me and my family in a horrible situation

      If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company is nothing short of a scam. I poured over $16,000 into premiums for all my properties, and this is the FIRST claim Ive ever made. Over two months ago, a massive tree crashed onto one of my rental properties, and instead of helping, they subjected me to a humiliating meeting with a private investigator, making me feel like the criminal when they are the real offenders. Good luck trying to reach anyone on the phone. When you finally do connect, they only ask for more information, dragging out the process indefinitely. Now, my home has been red-tagged by the city, and I'm left with mounting damages and no one to assist me. This is a nightmare. DO NOT trust Citizens for your insurance. I'm now facing lawsuits, and my property is deteriorating while they sit idle.

      I am here because I dont know what else to do at this point, I been a year fighting with a public adjuster with this insurance over my son life and my life in danger right now do to the fact that my house is collapsing and they adjuster send email where is I was part of them telling here that she wont help me and that my case was being closed have all the proof and evidence of the situation going on in my house, at this point my only thinking is that citizens is waiting for this home to just collapse on top of me and my son and kills us and if that happened my family wont be able to do anything for us because money dont buy peoples life back. I am in danger in my home and I pay for a insurance that wont help me to fix even tho they have the proof if someone see this and care please dont let it be to late contact me

      I am a snowbird , one day I came yo my condo ,I so my bamboo floor was swelled i don't know why Citizen conpany didn't care, I paid years what they asked ,never claim any damage .

      I experienced racism and violation of a court order by citizens I was screamed at by the adjuster, bullied and threatened. I was told to join the managed repair program where racist workers were sent to my home and refused to do any work. Not even dry the sewer water which was all under my floor! I was yelled at about a dog I own being safely locked in a room not bothering the people who where there just barking! They bullied me into accepting the managed repair program to complete the full repair of my home. The managed repair contractors were racist and did not want to do the work I'm now being told they will cut me a check for a minimum amount violating the court order by including my ex-husband's name to the check. Making it worthless.

      On August 20. 2020 we purchased insurance from citizens. On February 10, 2023 call in a claim the agent told me go outside take pictures I told her I was handicapped she said I need the pictures bad. I got overnight letter that said it was upto protect my property Then didn't hear from her for over week then I had to call her .then got smart with me then told me somebody be out there nobody can out for week. Then a engineer came out two weeks later didn't talk to us. Next thing I no we get letter letter.denied our claim so I call the agent *************** and ask her was it somebody I talk to she told me she had last word. in the report it says it took so long to get to my house cause the weather was bad. But in the report the damage to my property was not caused by the the weather still to this day never seen a claim agent from citizens just a engineer nobody never call my house

      Hello,This bharat and my home insured with Citizens. My home was damaged by hurricane 2+ years ago. This company gave me so much hard time to resole my issues. I have to given up. They paid less than half to repair.In sept 2023 my house was damaged by tenants. House had thousands of cockroaches and every appliance was destroyed. All cabinets were destroyed. House needs at least 2 coats for paint. I spend $20000+ and lost rent $20000+ also. They refused to pay anything and telling me because I didnt fil police complaint they wont pay anything. I did call police several times but they refused to take any actions. I went for mediation but they insulted my offering just $0 for $40000+ damages. No one buy insurance from them

      I went online to check on my bill. I was stunned to see that my policy had been canceled a week ago . I was never notified by Citizens or my Agent . Time to file a complaint with my state representative. Citizens is completely out of control . All I see online are negative reviews !!!
