              I was contacted by Processing Doc Solutions from ************ on April 3, 2023. ****** said they were looking at student loan forgiveness for me. They attempted to gain access to my FSA account. After telling me student loans were in deferment with interest compounding daily (which is incorrect for federal loans until August 2023), they said we would be required to make a lump sum payment or a standard repayment. This is incorrect. The federal student loans are subject to income based repayment or zero percent presently. These people are dangerous. There is never a fee for processing your student loan payments, especially $39.99 a month. This is a scam. Do not give them any information and report it to the FCC.

              Very Rude Customer Service.Hung Up On Me. When I asked questions about my account, spoked very rude and when I asked for her name , replied ****, when she answer the the phone she was ******* Compliance..She laughed and I asked what was soo funny and asked to speak to someone else. She put me on hold and came back to act like she was someone else. I dont need a clown handling my finances..
