  In October 2023, BBB contacted Fast Pro Locksmith regarding claims in its advertising.
  
  
  
  Its  website includes several references to guarantees and warranties, such as:
  
  "Google Guaranteed"
  
  "100% Satisfaction Guarantee We offer the best warranties in the industry & guarantee you’ll be satisfied with our work"
  
  "90 days new parts warranty (excluding electronic products and car keys)"
  
  "60 day warranty for car keys" 
  
  "30 days of any labor preformed- Unless parts were recommended to be replaced by the locksmith technician (example- repairs and installs)"
  
  "14 day warranty for any electronic product (keypads, electric strikes)"
  
  
  
  Its Google page states "We offer excellent customer service, a satisfaction guarantee, and affordable prices."
  
  When using the terms warranty or guarantee in product advertising, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty and/or guarantee can be seen prior to sale at the advertiser's location or viewed on the advertiser’s website.  Advertisers should only use satisfaction guarantee if the seller or manufacturer refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product or service at the consumer's request. Any material limitations or conditions that apply to the satisfaction guarantee and warranties must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed.  BBB requested that the business add the terms of its warranties and guarantee to its advertising. To date, the terms and conditions have not been added.
  
  
  
  According to the BBB Code of Advertising, the primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB. The business did not provide the requested substantiation for the following claims:
