    My cousin **** ********* purchased a car with cash for me. 1******* paid ****** for a**** Nissan Rogue I was told the CARFAX report was clear and they serviced the car . Well the report was not clear and they didn’t service it. It had 8 safe recalls one with the transmission and one with the brake system. The car stalled on the freeway when I took it to Nissan they told me about the transmission system. I only had the car * months and drove 4k miles. My cousin called Chevrolet several times they failed to accept our call. Due to it being * k miles over Nissan didn’t fix the recall. I am out ** k and a car. Chevrolet lied and only washed the car and delivered it to my house. They sold a dangerous car. Had they done the inspection and service I would not have bought the car or it could have been fixed by Nissan because it was still covered. I am livid with this and want Chevrolet to reimburse me for the difference I lost in the process of having to get another car

    Very dishonest. I took my truck in for a warranty claim(another nightmare). First it took 3+ days for them to file the claim then for the last week the service advisor lied about the claim being cover. I talked to the warranty company during that time and they said the adjuster hadn't been there yet. Then on the morning it was supposed to be done he calls me and says the warranty company called and changed their mind and denied part of the claim. I had talked to the warranty and they assured the claim adjuster had not been their until that day. The advisor also said just the torque converter was on national back order and he couldn't just install another brand(another lie) and I would have to buy a whole transmission to get a new torque converter which is all the warranty company would approve. While all this is going on I'm paying $44 a day for a rental. I also asked them to look at the brakes and they said they couldn't duplicate a problem that happens every morning when I back into my spot at work(it would've be covered by GMC). The truck basically sat on there lot for 2 and a half weeks and they didn't turn a bolt on it and wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee($138) when I picked it up. This was shady from day one. I understand mistakes happen but this felt shady all the way around.

    The facts of the case are these. The customer was not charged for diagnosing his vehicle. The extended service contract company would only cover a torque converter while the vehicle needed a new transmission. The extended service company offered to pay toque converter portion of payment towards new transmission. The customer declined the service contract companies offer. The brake concern was looked at by the technician as well and this concern could not be duplicated while in our possession.
