I purchased a hooded sweatshirt from this company on March 6th 2023 for $45.52 with priority shipping 1-3 business days. Order number *****. Tracking number ******************************. I have reached out in many ways, email them multiple times also on their social media accounts on ********* and ********. I was told I would recieve a refund via messages on ********* but never received it. I have sent multiple emails since then and have just been ignored.Initial Complaint

March 11, 2023 - I placed an order with Seek Jesus in the amount of $110.60 (order #*****). On March 12, 2023 at 11:56am I received an email confirming the order had shipped and included a tracking number (**** tracking number: ******************************). As of today (May 11, 2023), tracking information has zero updates or movement. I emailed ******************** and ****************** on May 3, 2023 and again on May 11, 2023 for an update in order status. I have not received any communication from the company. They removed the funds from my account on March 11, 2023 -the day I placed the order. This is the second order I have placed with the company. The first order arrived with delays, but I received communication from the company that it would be arriving late. I had no reason to believe that my second order would not be processed in a timely manner nor would I be left without any communication or reply to my emails.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Hoodie from them in April 1, 2023. Then they sent out a fake tracking number on April 9th saying my order is on the way. When I go to track it, it says it's still in *******. I spent 42 dollars on 1 Hoodie. As of May 5th I still haven't gotten it.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Seek Jesus LLC. I paid $33.45 and It cleared from my banking account on April 17th. I have reached out to the brand multiple times. They have yet to respond to me. I want a refund and I would like for this business to be shut down. They are scamming people and using religion to do so. It’s uncalled for and I would like my money back.Initial Complaint

My minor son purchased two sweatshirts from this company on March 11, 2023 with a total of $90.53. Those items have never been received and there is no reply response to any correspondence either of us have sent. My daughter who is a minor purchased a Tshirt from seekjesus.co with my permission on April 1, 2023. We have not received the item yet but the cost was deducted from her checking account. She has an email that item is ready to ship and as of today May 1, 2023 that item has not been shipped. On or around March 20, 2023, I came across a post from Seek Jesus on ********* about the brand ambassador program and I signed up because of the mission statement. I received an email stating that I was accepted and to set up a link in my bio to show and let my followers purchase and use a discount code I was able to make. It said to purchase an item(s) and receive 55% off within a certain time frame to start promoting with the tag seek jesus. After receiving confirmation emails about my order weeks went by and I wasn't able to track my order anymore. I looked the company up on ****** and found and address, input that address into a search thru true people search website and was able to find a number and I called it. A man answered and I asked to speak with **** and he said there was no **** and I asked if he knew her and if she was the owner of Seek Jesus and he said he didn't know. The call ended after that. About 20 minutes later my phone rang with another number and I answered and a man named ***** said his dad called him to tell him about my phonecall and I told him about my order and how I seen that many others were commenting about their orders and not receiving them or even being able to get in touch with anyone not even via email. ***** told me how they didn't receive their bulk product shipment to process orders and I told him maybe one of them should make a statement to let everyone know whats going on. I have the phonecall recording. I layer submitted another email about my order and received a reply that by the end of April I would receive my order and a refund of the expedited shipping fee I paid. I've sent another email asking about it and haven't gotten a response. I feel scammed by this company. I would really have liked to have the product I ordered to be able to spread the word, but at this point I'd like a full refund and for others to be able to be refunded as well if we can't get what we ordered.Initial Complaint

So I ordered three items from this company two T-shirts and a sweatshirt. I’m not really angry I’m just confused why they won’t respond to my email I sent them and message I sent them on social media. I ordered it at the start of April and it said up to 6 days but it has been almost a month and it’s still in the same location. ORDERED FROM THIS ONLINE STORE. HAS BEEN IN PRE-SHIPMENT SINCE 3/23. ONLY WAY TO CONTACT COMPANY IS VIA EMAIL, WHICH THEY CHANGE OFTEN. I DID SEARCH PROPERTY OWNER INFO ON THE CAD WEBSITE, NOT EVEN SURE THAT ADDRESS IS ACCURATE. THEIR ******** PAGE IS FULL OF COMPLAINTS. THEY TOOK MY MONEY, AND NOW THEY DONT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS REGARDING THE ORDER. THEY ARE A REALLY BIG ISSUE FOR ALOT OF PEOPLE. BUT YET, THEY ARE POSTING AND SENDING OUT EMAILS LEFT AND RIGHT.
