Was estimated $1050 to replace approx 50 of main water line from the meter to my house. Straight shot. I was told it would take approx 2 guys 8 hrs to do. Instead it took 2 guys a little over 4 hrs. They arrived at 9:30 am and was gone by ****pm. They one gentleman told me it came to something like $730.00 . However because o was quoted $1050 thats what management stuck me with. Their service rates are $160.00 hr. So not including the material which would be under $100. They basically charged me $262.00 hr more then $100 over their hourly rate. Not to mention they buried the new line 12 not 36 like it was previously. ????? Go figure. Guess times are really hard when you have to s**** a customer like that.

Our 2 men hourly charge is $160.00 and hour. 8 times $160.00 equals $12*****. ********************** was Quoted $1050.00 flat rate. Also ********************** is not aware there is also a permit that was pulled. Our office person that pulls our permits is on vacation until 8-30-21. So we will pull the permit on 8-31-21. Also the permit will cost ***** to ******. We are very sorry for ********************** thinking we are taking advantage of him.
