    Well done job. Best price out of four quotes. Havent seen a single nail in the yard , which is very unusual even when the sight is cleaned up well. Been a month no leaks and no complaints

    All they care about is the big sale. We had our roof replaced by them roughly 7 years ago. Because we didn't want to risk potentially invalidating their warranty, we called to have them address a leak in our living room. We called several times, which went to voicemail. No call back. They didn't respond until we did a negative ****** review on them. And when they responded, they asked us to change our review in exchange for finally responding. The inspector came out and told us what needed to be done, and would write up estimates. These are small issues, not very much work was needed. That was a month ago. We haven't heard back, ever. We called and left messages again. Nothing. We made another ****** review. Nothing. They don't care about servicing their existing customers. So I do not recommend being one of their existing customers. They will ignore you when it matters.

    I took the time to add this review as the job the Stonebridge crew did for us was outstanding. New roof was installed very quickly and efficiently and they cleaned up the area around our house in greater detail than I would have anticipated. Good communication throughout the process. After the job was done, we received a nice thank-you from the company owner - so this company is highly recommended as they proved to be a great service provider!

    Stonebridge replaced our roof and did a fantastic job. The roof has a steep pitch and the crew handled it with ease and without any issues. Due to the unpredictable weather, only one slope was removed at a time and dried in before moving on to the next. The bushes were tarp'd to prevent damage and the tear-off materials were continually picked up throughout the day. The site was cleaned up daily before the crew left; including our yard being swept with magnets to pick up any nails.There were minimal extra costs, i.e. fascia board, and these were discussed before proceeding.I have a new driveway and tarps were placed under the dump trailer so there were no stains. Using the dump trailer, rather than a dumpster, also prevented any driveway cracks. Dealing with Stonebridge was a simple and seamless process from the iniital contact, interaction with the office staff and the onsite roofing crew. I highly recommend them. I have also contracted with Stonebridge to replace some rotted siding that is original with the house, which was built in ****, and that work is being scheduled.

    This is the most ****** up company I ever worked for I worked there for 3-4 months I made about ***** thousand right but before I was able to make all the money this *************** the owner keep try to ripe me off by keeping some hours of my paycheck every week because I was making too much money even tho thats money I worked for like almost 70 hours a week and when I tell him he said sorry about that every f****** time then it came to a point where he cant take money from me so he fired me without any reason what Im trying to say make sure everybody counts your hours every week and check you gas mileage because he clam he say no way to track on his app that called Connecteam any way I hope he go down what a shame. 0 stars.     Excellent job outside: tiling and brick stairs, perfect and gorgeous.The work inside the home became a struggle with delays, no show, and poor execution. They left without finishing or cleaning: missing baseboards, missing electric plug covers, and the shower doors fell on my child!I am disappointed ??.
