1 starPurchased in 10/2022 a 22 cruiser mpg and remotes for TV and sound bars were missing, I purchased paint and fabric protection $1482 and was scheduled an appointment to come back and pick up remotes and get service done and long and behold the were out of business. I’ve been contraction National RV care , Travelcamp 1800 voicemail , and camping world now that I’m recovering emails they took over but no one wants to do anything about it . Nation RV care Angela states it’s not there issue they assume that service was done . My response was well it wasn’t why would I waste almost a year trying to get my money back . Bunch of frauds I contacted news station in hopes someone does something based on principleReview fromKevin A

1 starIf you were driving down a road on a dark, rainy night, and you saw a BRIGHT flashing highway department sign which said, WARNING: BRIDGE WASHED OUT AHEAD: TURN AROUND HERE, would you proceed? Well, that is my warning about dealing with Travel Camp. We paid cash for our new Shasta 18FQ, and it took them 8 weeks to send us the paperwork to apply for our title and registration, after which our temporary tag had already been expired for about 3 weeks. This constituted loss of use during that period, which means we couldnt move it on the road at all. After numerous attempts to contact them via text, email and phone calls to the dealership in *********, **, during this delay period, it made no differerence. We received no response at all. Avoid Travel Camp like the plague. Their true customer service ends when they hand you their pen to sign the purchase paperwork.Review fromLisa P

1 starBEWARE OF Travel camp. I bought a camper from Travel camp, They made a math mistake on my invoice. I talked to their home office they said they would get back to me. No word from them. Now a cannot get reach a live person. I have left many messages for them to contact me over the last 2 weeks with no response. I you read the reviews from the different locations you will see a trend of shady operation and lies. Their mode of operation seems to be ignoring the problem and hoping it will go away.Review fromCrystal D.

1 starI put my RV on consignment with them back in July of 2023, No communication with me on anything. On August 6, 2023 I received a call saying that they sold RV, it is now Oct. 16,2023 I'm still making payments on this RV because they have not funded my Bank. When ever I call them they hang up on me as soon as I tell them who I am. They do not respond to text either. I have reported RV stolen.Review fromJames S

1 starDeplorable service. Travelcamp *********** did a terrible job in repairing the *** First, it took 1 year. Communication with the insurance and the customer was awful.During the year, service managers were changed twice. There was some difficulty getting the metal, however, now that the main repair is completed, I have the ** home and the awful workmanship is now evident. First, the seals they placed around the slide are now coming off, the sheet metal edges are exposed. I will now have to spend several hundred dollars repairing those seals. There are large holes around the corners of the slide for rain and water to get in. The large D-seals fell off after two days. Also, the seals are not even bonded to the *** No wonder they keep coming off.Secondly, the gutters are going uphill. I am not sure how that is supposed to get the rain off, but it is *******, so it rains hard enough that gutters are pretty useless anyway. There is no caulking from the roof to the gutters, so not sure the amount of work I am going to have to do there.Third, the corner trim was not repaired, just caulked. The screws in all the trim are left exposed, no vinyl trim was placed. Another ***** trim appears cut.Next, no caulking over the entry door. First rain and it leaks.I cannot take it back there due to the poor work. There is no guarantee for the work, and so I am stuck to do it myself. The work is highly amateurish. I attempted to contact the general manager, only to be blown off.Review fromWilson R

1 starIn December 2022, I made a purchase at *********** Travelcamp. As a newcomer to travel trailers, I emphasized my vehicle's **** lbs towing capacity. They recommended a **** lbs trailer, assuring its compatibility. Upon delivery, the trailer's sticker displayed **** lbs. Further contact revealed their initial information was incorrect. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they dismissed my concern, attributing the sticker to error. Independent verification confirmed the actual weight at **** lbs.Their response was a mere 50% sway bar discount, completely inadequate given the gravity of the situation. This disregard for my family's safety is deeply alarming and highlights their lack of accountability.Mentioning legal action prompted them to reluctantly offer a sway bar and brake system for my vehicle. Regrettably, this resulted in further damage. The vehicle was returned in a state of disarray, with exposed wires, ignition problems, and hitch damage. Evidence, including mechanic statements and photos, documents the harm caused by their negligence.Fast forward seven months, and my trailer has returned to their shop for necessary repairs. Despite promises and warranties, my trailer has languished at their facility for six weeks, with no progress updates and a complete disregard for established deadlines. I have exhausted all avenues to resolve this matter, including reaching out to their corporate office, yet no response or assistance has been forthcoming. As a consumer, I feel utterly taken advantage of and left to fend for myself in the wake of their shocking misconduct.I urge the Better Business Bureau to conduct a thorough investigation into Travelcamp's practices. It's imperative that they are held accountable for their deception, negligence, and lack of responsibility. Your intervention is crucial in rectifying this distressing situation and preventing others from experiencing similar misconduct.Review frommarty a

Signed paperwork on the 27th of June. Traded in our 5th wheel to a travel trailer. That was the easy part. Travel Camp waited 20+ days to send the pay-off to the credit union. Which did not get the check until the 29th of July. With it being so long since the check was processed, the check that was written fell short of the pay-off by over $500. Trying to get this resolved, by making phone calls after phone calls only to get pawned off onto someone else. I am hopeful that they get this resolved before our credit takes any damage.Travelcamp
