      Warning! Do NOT use this company. Made an appointment. Waited a week. They have a SIX hour window which isn't normal. *** shows up. Spends five minutes to tell me he can't fix the problem because he doesn't have the correct equipment. Never had that happen. Charged me $110 and said it would go towards the repair. Made another appointment. Wait another week. After waiting FIVE hours at a property we no longer live at, I called to make sure they were still coming. Yes, I'm still on the schedule. Waited EIGHT hours. No show. No call. No explanation. No follow up. I've now left FOUR *************** won't call me back. Today I call from my sons phone, & suddenly they can pick up. This company is scamming people!! I want my money back!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

      Action Premier Irrigation ************: This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. When we bought our house, the previous owner had them repair the sprinkler system and passed the warranty to us. Since we moved the system never worked so they came and they were supposed to fix it. The next again it didn't work so they came back and after the tech couldn't fix it the supervisor gave us an over $900.00 estimate to change 4 valves. We weren't too impressed so got a second opinion. The other company told us nothing was wrong with valves and its only clogged. I called them and they were supposed to send a more experienced tech...he couldn't come in the next few days because the spring break so the office manager scheduled it for this past Friday. I got an email and text confirming the appointment. Around no signs of the tech so called the office and she told me we were in the schedule with a time frame between 9am and 3pm. 4pm nothing! So I called them to let them how disappointed we were and what a bad impression we have of them. I asked for the name of the owner and once again I was deceived... she said **** to later find out he's the manager and the owner is *****.

      Review only for Action Irrigation (aka Action Premier) in Gainesville - owner ****. Horrible ********** TRIED TO CHEAT US ****************** before sod laid, got 12 400 sqft/pallet. Next day ******* crew laid sod & when done, he put 2 1/2 pallets onhis truck. I told him sod ours-we got 12 400 sqft pallet. ****** said got 12 500 sqft pallet at ******************** - so rest his. Told him not what quote said-he stated **** not know how to write a quote. On Monday, called ******************** to verify *** per pallet. They hadn't seen ****** in mths & said he uses ****************. I called & they verified 12 400 sqft pallets delivered to my address. DAVEIncreased quote AFTER we agreed & DID NOT tell us. **** did irrigation so *** asked **** for quote. **** sent "******" for estimate. got estimate of $5976 -- $750 to $1000 more then others. Quote printed off & discussed. *** wanted ****-we called him (heard conversation on speaker). *** told **** $5976 was higher then others but wanted him for job. Quote: 12 400 sqft zoysia pallet at $498/pallet. Includes everything -removing old dead sod, laying new sod, etc.Later **** changed quote to $698/pallet-total $8376 - $200/pallet more & NEVER told us/gave opportunity to go ahead or not. (We would have cancelled). On Monday he came to be paid. We showed him bill printed off on Sunday & said not what quoted. He acted surprised (face not show surprised) said **** always $698/pallet. We showed himcopy of orig quote & face showed surprise. He said ************** higher. Told him would only pay orig quote.Told him how ****** took pallets & calling ******** then **** to verify *** of sod delivered & will not pay for 2 pallets ****** took (**** face not surprised). He insisted we pay $8376 - 12 pallets at 698/pallet. I Said no will only pay for 10 pallets at $498, plus $200 for upgraded panel & $800 for the new irrigation work. We compromised & paid $6500 to avoid stress and anxiety I was having in dealing with situation.

      After having Action Irrigation come out to do repairs earlier in the year they left the pipes exposed. I had to cover them with a brick. They overcharged ($500) for a timer and three celliniods after having a long conversation about not using an expensive timer. They claimed that damage was done by the landscaper which happened to be me. When called back out to repair a leak on the exposed pipes they dug this hole and said they couldn't do the repair today. They gave me no time for scheduling on the repair and left the hole as is.When called to ask when they would be coming back I was told "soon." I pressed the matter and got "next week" after being talked over repeatedly which got me upset. Finally they said they would come on Monday but wouldn't come back before that to fill in the hole they left behind.Because I expressed my disappointment (I admittedly lost my cool at this point) and did curse once they refused to come back to do the job. In ten years of being an HOA president I have never had a business do such a poor job and be so unwilling to basic safety protocols. Don't use this company, it's not worth the liability...

      Action Premier,I had ******* ******* come out to give an estimate for a job on August 15, 2023. I was given and agree to the estimate that day and paid ****** for deposit. The job was scheduled for August 21, 2023. On August 21 I called the office and was told ******* was sick and job had to be rescheduled to August 25th, 2023. On the 25th I called the office again to confirm appointment and was told by the office that ******* car broke down and had to reschedule to August 31st 2023. I spoke with receptionist today 8/31 that stated ******* was sick again and the office had no records of the 3rd rescheduled appointment for August 31st. I requested at that time to have a full refund of my deposit of ****** that was paid via cc and an email to confirm conversation of the request. I checked my email and have no email of the request of refund. I finally after filling up did fry a email about a refund.Fast forward to September 18, 2023 and **************************************************** responce about refund.

      It seems that this page is typically used for lodging complaints, but we have had an exceptional experience with Action. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, arriving promptly to diagnose and fix our sprinkler system's valve issue. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything worked perfectly impressed **, and **** even took extra time to explain how to set an extra program for our new sod area. Overall, we highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality work.

      You all were hired on 3/14/2023 to diagnose and fix our irrigation system. We accepted your estimate, and a technician had to visit four different times and still could not fix our system. I finally called with hopes to get this resolved two weeks ago, the third time someone came out he didn't have the parts he needed. The fourth time someone has come out now we are being invoiced another $1,000. No one was ever on time or called us before they came or when they left for that matter to explain anything about what was going on.This is absolutely unacceptable, if we needed to spend $1500 from the beginning an estimate should have been written that had everything included that needed to be done. We have now lost faith in the fact that you have the ability to fix our irrigation system being that you had to have someone come to our home four times, the fourth time being a new technician that wants to charge us over double what your first one did.At this point it's fair to say that you guys are unable to be timely, have correct parts, and fix our system. I requested a refund on the phone with the office manager and she said she needed to get the "higher **** because she can't process it. She then proceeded to say something about picking up the parts you guys have installed.A technician called me this morning saying he had no idea why the previous technician installed what he did originally, the office manager continues to be unprofessional in not getting someone to call me to talk about this because she doesn't have the authority to. Over $500 for this company to do absolutely nothing but burn up our motor. Requesting a refund hasn't gone anywhere so it looks like we will have to file a formal complaint.

      Hello ******* family, I'm very sorry to hear how your project turned out. I just got off the phone with the manager at our ************ office and this was a difficult one. What happened with your pump was a slow valve leak that caused your pump issue, slow leaks can be our worst enemy because they are hard to detect, however over long periods of time they will cause a pump to cycle and overheat the parts around the pump. In regards to "should have been one estimate" unfortunately service work for pumps and irrigation have to be separated as we can not pressurize and test the irrigation side of your system since the pump is not providing water for us to do so. Please note the $1,050 was not an invoice but was an estimate to replace the leaky valves on the irrigation side of your system. We have not done this work yet. Although we cannot provide a full refund we do understand that the multiple visits were frustrating, and are willing to offer a $150 refund for the inconvenience caused. If you would like us to finish the work we started, we can offer a 25% discount on the valve manifold/valves replacement. Hope this helps and please let me know if you have any questions.

      Understandable, however my issue is that no one would explain this to me. For weeks I have been trying to get answers and no one took the time to properly relay this message. Not one phone call. Ive called many times, left voicemails and a few emails. I do not wish to move forward as the communication is not okay. Please refund my account as soon as possible so I can get this properly addressed.I would also appreciate a phone call. Thank you.

      I have used action irrigation at least 3 times before with no issues but now I am extremely unhappy. I recently bought a new house and as soon as we had our irrigation turned on realized there were quite a few issues. My husband set up the appoint online and we were originally scheduled for June 24, 2022 which was probably at least 4-6 weeks out but we were okay with the wait because they have done so well in the past. On the day of our appt they called to cancel with no reasoning and said the earliest they could reschedule was July 8th. Then July 8th came and we actually had to call them to see what time they would be coming and we were told between 2 and 4. Well once 2:15 came we received a phone call that they were cancelling on us again due to weather. My husband let them know that my kids were currently swimming in our pool with no weather problems. They didnt care and tried to reschedule us for July 20th. At that point we had enough. It seems they are making too many appointments that they cant even keep up. We have now received a letter from our HOA because our grass is continuing to dry out and die at this point.

      A two week in advance appointment turned into a $110 for 5 minute visit only to tell me they do not repair irrigation system backflow preventers. It would have been nice if the woman that took my information could have told me that to begin with. They quoted me $625 + $110 service visit fee to replace a backflow device that I found on Amazon for $216. The backflow device they were going to install was made of brass and a little overkill for a residential irrigation system.

      Sorry to hear of your troubles. I would advise you to call JEA to verify your backflow will work. It has to be a RPZ backflow otherwise it may not function causing cross-contamination with city water.

      I'm not sure how you would know this since you are not on the approved vendor site for back flow preventers with JEA. Also, your technician does not know what I already have in place because he never looked at the back flow preventer. He only saw it dripping into a container and said I can't repair those, but we can replace it for over $600. For your information there is already a 5 year old RPZ compliant back flow preventer already in the irrigation system.
