We purchased a Mini ****** on 05/25/24, this car has been giving us problems starting a week after we purchased it. My husband contacted them advised that we needed to bring the car back and get something else or they needed to fix it. He was told that we could bring it back to the mechanic. We live in *********** so it was difficult because they couldn't give us assurance that they would fix the vehicle so we could be stuck in ************ with no way to get back home. We advised that we need to bring the car back and get something else. We were told that they do not do that. When the vehicle gets up to a certain speed it seems as though it is stuck and won't switch into gear. The A/C has gone out and now only bows out hot air, it rained one day and when we got in the car the next morning there was a leak from the sunroof area, the speedometer no longer works. And as of yesterday we were driving down the road and we looked behind us all we could see was smoke. The car is now running hot. We have called but no one will return our calls. This place is a ripe off. We are stuck with a car and making payments but unable to drive the car because of all the issues. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE, KEEP RIDING TO ANOTHER LOT.

Sold me a car for ****** on 04/ 23/2023 engine blew 29 days later said I have a 50/50 warranty never transferred my tag from my other vehicle witch in turn made my license become suspended because their not doing their job. After getting the engine repaired they put me back on a lien because I'm making payments on the engine for the car witch is still not working I can't drive to the store and turn the car off without it not wanting to crank again the car also had a recall on the engine they failed to handle before than and they also had a checklist witch they said they checked everything but my engine ended up having a oil leak their swindling me and trying to put me into a financial jam so they can take my car

I bought a car from Beach Blvd Automotive and took the car to a mechanic not at there lot. I paid over $3k for the repairs and still had problems with the car. My car recently started leaking oil so I tried to trade it in for something more reliable but they wouldn't take the car back without a large down payment. Instead they offered to repair the damage more than $3k. The day I picked I pickup my car there was no oil in it. Then a couple of days later, my car stalled. The battery was bad. J replaced the battery but the battery light still came on so I had the alternator checked and the machine said bad charging station. The was missa belt. Also I replaced tension so the belt would not come off again. I've only had this vehicle since January 2023 and still owe the cost of the car because of the high interest rate.

I thought that this would be a mom and pop sort of business. I wanted to trade in my paid off vehicle in order to get myself and my granddaughter a car. This was my granddaughters Christmas present from me so that she could drive to work. I traded my car in for 2 other vehicles. The *** that I bought for myself started having issues on day one so I tried to get them to just give me my car back and void the contract. They would not do this. I took both vehicles to an auto mechanic and he said both cars were not worth the money that I paid for them. He also said not to take the vehicles back there because they will only do a quick fix that won't last long. I had no way to get other vehicles, so I continued to advise Beach Blvd Automotive that the vehicles were both having mechanical issues. They said I could trade them in but that I would have to pay more for another vehicle. They profited thousands of dollars off of my vehicle and sold me 2 pieces of junk. The engine blew on the car and the *** would only drive up to 20 mph. I ended up taking them both to another dealership and only got $1000 per car because they both had to be junked. I don't know much about cars and really got swindled by this dealership. I feel worse for my granddaughter because she doesn't have a car now, and that was supposed to be her Christmas present last year. They didn't just do me wrong - they also did my granddaughter wrong. It's not right to cheat people with bad vehicle deals. I would never go back to this business for a vehicle.

False Contract, especially if financing through Credit Acceptance. Two employees in there will sexually harass and disrespect your Mother, like they did mine.

i bought a car from here in decmeber of 2021 and almost immediately after buying the car i noticed several issues. when the car would go over 65 mph the steering wheel would shake, the speedometer would jump from the speed i was going then down to zero, and the tires were almost all flat when i bought it after they told me they would fill them up . then, in april of 2022, i was driving on the highway and my car completely stopped working. i found out that a piston had went through my engine and had to buy a whole new engine. when i contacted the dealership about this they told me there was nothing they would be able to do, so i had to buy a new engine. Now in August of 2023, my power steering, ************** ac and radiator have all gone out, which has left the car totaled, while i am still paying on the loan. if it were possible i would give them zero stars.

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE! I wish I would have done a bit of research before buying my 2016 Hyunadi Elantra from BBA. The salesmen are nice bc they are dishonest and prey on your need for a car. The pretend to work "hard" to get you in a car but it's basically for their gain and not yours. I've had my car for only 1yr and it's currently in need of repairs that should be covered by the warranty but the warranty is trash and I have found no one who will even accept it. About 5days after I purchased the car the check engine light came on, then I noticed something hanging down from the front right side of the bumper and after having someone look at it, the bumper had been duct taped and the right wheel well and shroud is completely gone. What I saw hanging down was the duct tape wearing off. On top of all of that I'm $13,000 in negative equity bc the car was nowhere near worth the amount they sold it to me for. This company should not be in business. It's so sad how they are basically ripping people off. They aren't helping people, they are putting ppl in really bad financial situations. 0 stars! I will never purchase from them again. I have also reported them to the Attorney Generals office bc they should not be in business.

Just a warning to anyone doing research before buying, do not go here. They will rob you of your time and money. I went here as a last resort to buy my first car and paid $8,080 for a 2014 ******************* on 1/28/2023. The base price was $6,988 and is still, as of 4/19/2023 is still listed on their website as available. Side note: while testing out the car the salesman traded seats with me, a minor, and drove out and away from the property without a parent present, consenting, or aware of what was unfolding. Now, you may be asking, "How does a $7,000 car go up to $8,080?" Well, excluding tax, there was a $500 service and inspection fee. This on its own would be fine. They even handed me a checklist indicating they checked every inch of the vehicle. Perfect! Now I just have to show up a week later to get the engine piece replaced so I can not worry about stalling out while parked at a light. The week passes and the engine is all repaired. There are a few things made evident, however. The most obvious of which were: A crack in the coolant reservoir, the windshield wiper fluid doesn't spray, and the ** doesn't make cold air. All of these were checked as being "inspected" on the sheet and even after the $500 initial service fee, they weren't fixed. (In case it wasn't clear, lying is indicative of a bad business) after ignoring my calls for a week, I finally got a service appointment for the issues and gave them my car. They had it for four days and when I got fed up with waiting I went in and according to them, they had tried to contact me about getting a quote. Ignoring the fact that I was never contacted, they were trying to get me to pay for pre-existing issues as if they didn't lie about an inspection. They will waste your time and they will waste your money. They will make you pay extra for things they should have handled already. If you do buy here, get the warranty and return it the moment they tell you to pay for a repair. Also, make sure you go through the list

I bought a vehicle back in June of 2022. It has a transmission leak from the tubes up front. Beach Blvd took it in and fixed it. They also added transmission fluid. Now, the plug on the transmission was over tightened, which stripped the plug and caused further leaking from, now, a different source. (Solely due to something they did) Im now spending ***** on a whole new transmission while still paying the car off. And no return call from them. If they wouldnt have just fixed it correctly, or not over tightened, or replaced the plug after over tightening NONE of this would have happened. A $30 fix is now costing me ***** because they didnt want to do it correctly.
