I want to start off by saying the ********************* are AMAZING. I really loved coming here because I know how much they loved my dog. I am disappointed with the doctors. I took my dog here on 3/17 where he was diagnosed with ********* disease. He stayed overnight & was sent home with 40mg Prednisone which is DOUBLE the appropriate dose. We spent $3,000. A couple days later he was still very sick. I took him back in where they disclosed he had been given the wrong dosage, which gave him diarrhea and made his electrolytes drop.. & needed to stay for 48 hours for monitoring. ANOTHER $3,000 which could have been avoided if he was properly treated in the first place. No refund or compensation was offered. 4/1- I show up for our appointment & was told it was cancelled. No call was given to me prior to let me know. I had received an email that week asking me to fill out the questionnaire for my appointment that Friday & when I show up there is no one that can see ****** was told they were in the break room on "break". Today, we came back for his electrolyte check to see if he needed a dose of Zycortal.. he had low potassium which means he DID NOT need his shot, it was given to him anyways before even discussing his blood work with me. Now we have to monitor him for low potassium & potentially spend more money treating that. Before any treatment is performed there should be ***************** was discussed with me beforehand so I left with a $386 ****. Shame on me for giving this place multiple chances. I received a response from the doctor this AM apologizing for me not approving his treatment because SHE feels like he was treated appropriately. HE IS MY DOG. I DID NOT APPROVE THE TREATMENT HE RECEIVED. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
