      I called the number for US Yellow pages. They said they could not do anything to remove the number or update the information because they said they pull the data from another database. I was told to contact the person/address that my number is shown as belonging to and ask them to file a report to update their record. That does not seem reasonable. I am uncomfortable with contacting a person I don't know.

      I have made a complaint before about a fraudulent invoice. Now I am receiving fraudulent "Debt Settlement" letters.

      I have been receiving invoices from US-Yellow, yellow pages, for months for a service that I never signed up for. I recently received on 9/11/24 a notice about a debt settlement indicating that I signed up for US-Yellow for me LLC on 6/22/23. I did not sign up for this service and in fact was on maternity leave on 6/22/23. I would like them to cancel any debt they are requesting that I pay and stop sending me these invoices.

      My predecessor has tried on numerous occasions to contact US-Yellowpages.com via phone to cancel our Yellow Pages Listing Package. Up to now they have only been able to reach a voice mailbox and left messages to cancel this service. On 9/9/2024 I tried to call the number listed on the most recent invoice; the greeting message said that the phone lines and voicemail were no longer being monitored and to contact them via email. Then I sent the following email to email address listed on the invoice; As of today September 9, 2024, Great ***** ****** (Acct# ************), we would like to close our account, terminate our service and/or cancel our subscription with the US - Yellow Pages & US - ****** ********** I have searched ***************** and have not found the official process to close our account, terminate our service and/or cancel our subscription with US - Yellow Pages. If there is an official cancellation process, please let us know. We are aware of the past due amount of $594, and we have put a check in the mail to satisfy this balance. It has been almost 48 hours and no response from US - Yellow Pages. I'm reaching out to BBB for any recourse.

      US-Yellow has been sending me invoices for advertising services that I never signed up for or requested. They are stating that I owe $519 and have sent multiple letters in the mail. I have attempted to contacted them but was unable to reach anyone. Today they sent a "debt settlement" letter in the mail for "past due amount" These are fraudulent and I would like them to please stop contacting me for services that I never requested. I hope other business aren't blinding paying these invoices thinking they are legitimate. Shame on them for trying to take advantage of small businesses.

      I had signed up for a free Yellow Pages Ad, and several months later I was sent an invoice for over $1000 for an ad that was advertised as free. I had called US-Yellow's listed phone number several times with only the response that "The number you have dialed is not in use". I have also reached out to customer service through email with no response. I cannot get a hold of this company to let them know that I would like to cancel this. I would like this company to stop sending me fraudulent invoices and to cancel any online or paper published materials with our information on it.       Thank you for your response, I am sorry for the delay but I have heard back from US-Yellow Pages and we have resolved the original issue. US-Yellow Pages had cancelled the invoice for me.

      When I started my own business, a single-member LLC, I started getting mail from US-Yellow Yellow Pages with invoices for their services. However, I never signed up for their services. I never paid them anything yet, but they continue to send me invoices. I have tried to call the phone number listed on the invoice for customer service and I get a message saying the phone number is not in use. I have also tried to contact them via email and get no response.

      I have received many invoices from US-Yellow (Yellow Pages). They report that I signed up for their service and are billing me accordingly. I do not remember doing this. I don't use Yellow-Pages for personal or business use. When I try contacting them to verify their claims: 1) their email [email protected] cannot be found or is unable to accept email. 2) If you phone their numbers they NEVER take your calls but keep the customer in a non-solution loop. Already they have me listed for a $****** balance which I cannot verify. This seems to be a shoddy, misleading and corrupt business!!

      I updated my business information with US Yellow Pages for a free listing and have since been getting invoices. I have called and left messages disputing this with no return calls. I have also returned the mail marked as fraud. I have tried to call the customer service number and it disconnects me or says that the line isnt working. I cannot contact any customer service person to dispute this issue, as I did not sign up to pay for any listing. I did wait to see if the phone lines would open up, but its still the same and I got an invoice for over $1,000. The account number is ************. I decided to check here after numerous calls without any resolve to check if this is a common scam. I am reaching out to the BBB to get some help resolving this issue. I would like to get this resolved and my info removed from the company US Yellow Pages.

      We received an Invoice from US-YELLOW PAGES on 11/17/2023. The invoice shows a charge of $777 billed to our company, It show that the order for this service was received on 04/21/2023 and signed by **** ******. Our company has never signed up for any advertising through US-YELLOW PAGES and there has not been anyone by this name that has ever worked for our company. We had tried calling them numerous times but it automatically goes to a recording stating that no one is able to assist us. We cannot get a hold of this company to let them know this information. We would like this company to stop sending us fraudulent invoices and to cancel any online or paper published materials with our information on it. Please reach out to this company and try to get a response for us. Thank you.
