      I received a us-yellow pages envelope at my new business last April. It said check this box to make sure everything is correct. It made no mention of any services or pricing that I would need to pay. My business name was correct, so I checked a box and mailed it back. I have continually received invoices I owe them. I have called many times and have left messages, and nobody ever called back. Now I see I'm not the only one that has been scammed. This is a BIG SCAM and I hope this gets taken care of.

      I have been receiving invoices for a service I did not sign up for. I've since sent 2 "invoices" back to them saying I never ordered this advertising. Of course, they send them anyway saying I'm overdue and that it will auto renew in December of this year. I've tried calling and there's always a voicemail saying they're unavailable to answer the phone ranging in excuses from being short-staffed to everyone's attending a meeting. I'm a sole proprietor business barely making it as it is, why would I order such advertising?? I have nothing in writing except that they keep invoicing me with no attempt to return my email or correspondence. Stay far far away from this business.

      I also got scammed- billed me over $500 for what was supposed to be a "trial period! NO stars! (excpet you have to give them 1 star or you can't submit your comment)

      Total SCAM! Misleading and Entrapment for just Inquiring! We were inquiring about the services, and never received the information, steps and cost. Now, we have received a Account activity for $548.00. Similar scam like Yelp! Doesn't deserve even a Star

      I never signed up for my new business being listed in the Yellow Pages but I keep receiving a bill which is now up to $777.

      Worst customer service EVER!! did not get the service we were promised and now they want to raise the rate on an EXISTING contract! People in customer service don't seem to care at all about making the customers happy, very very rude!! If we changed the terms on our contracts and treated our customers not only like they don't matter but are annoying, we would not be in business long. DO NOT USE THRYV!!!

      Total scam relying on businesses to just pay instead of checking if the bill is legitimate. I have never asked to use their service yet bills keep coming monthly. The same applies to others in my office. If they were a legitimate business with a legitimate bill they would include proof that I signed up with them. Also, if I truly owed them for so long I would have heard from a debt collector by now. Stop trying to contact them. Youre just playing into their hands.

      Totally sucks! Tried to get a business going back around 2012. I got my business going on YP.com. I didn't get any hits from them. Declared bankruptcy in 2015 and that's when they got off my ****. Now it's seven years later and they are going after me again. Changing the date on the bill and misleading me on what they are doing. They really push your buttons to get you to agree to shut them up. Supposedly I was in agreement like seven months ago but never have seen a bill in email or snail mail. Like to see the document or at least see it on an account online before I pay with the money I don't have because I haven't had an income for 3 years. Lost my job before the pandemic so didn't get the extended unemployment. That voice agreement could be from some other agreement to them or some other company. Give me a document hard copy is preferred
