Over priced, main concern is $$$ I will start by saying I pay all my bills. My first experience was to unclogp a toilet. Their plumber arrived unprepared ], without a snake or necessary equipment. Needed to come back and charged for both visits and time in between. I was charged close to $600. When my thermasol steam unit failed - that their company installed and had been in service for no more than 12 months. I called them again because they installed it. They were quick to tell me that the part was on warranty but not the service. A plumber arrived and left in mid January and I paid $75 and he ordered a part that i needed to pay for in advance.. He left in February ( 2 weeks after the correct part came in— after about a 10 day delay , the part was installed and the unit failed. The plumber left without asking for remuneration saying we would pay when it is fixed. Another part was ordered which I paid $250 for. I was then billed $185 for the first visit and $285 for the 2nd visit plus the $250 and $100 to Thermasol. I paid for all When the plumber showed up in March, a Dixie rep called and repeatedly explained they wanted payment and would not leave without it. in a manner that was disrespectful and demanding. I requested for a copy of all invoices and agreed to pay for current work but would ask thermasol for compensation. Apparently Thermasol suggested the job was one hour and Dixie wanted much, much more. I was prepared to pay when Outrageously, the plumber left saying he needed parts, told me he would return in 30 minutes and never returned nor contacted me whilst I waited only to discover he was not returning over an hour later. When I called I was left on hold repeatedly. Not only was I treated poorly and disrespectfully but I was severely overcharged This would have been less of a problem if the task that they started was completed, but, it was not. I I would like my money back for previous failures to complete work.
