    Realtime Property Management is the worse property management company. They do not respond to emails. They do not respond to phone calls. If you are an owner in a community they manage they want more $ for never showing up. They are definitely not on an owners side. The have the most horrible customer service Ive ever experienced and they are untrustworthy and untruthful. They should be investigated by the state board that regulates them. For anyone purchasing a home in a community managed by them my recommendation would be DONT. They are a terrible company with terrible employees who dont do their job.

    This owner email is attached to a homeowner who is a huge problem for the Board of Directors with lawsuits over landscaping.  He has dug up installation of sod and plants and has destroyed common area property at the ********************** where he lives.  He is blaming the Property Management company for anything.  The Board President has had to file a restraining order on this individual for threats and verbal abuse including cursing and screaming.  This report he sent the BBB is unwarranted and ridiculous.  Please do not post or publish this.  I have had no negative reports on my company and we pride ourselves on customer service.   **** *****, Owner of Realtime Property Management.

    They mustve paid for their ****** reviews because living in this community ran by this management company has been nothing but a nightmare. They are shady, hide things, and their communication is subpar at best. They cant seem to get anything right in this neighborhood and the last thing they seem to care about is the people living in the community. They are behind on funds and lack professionalism in every aspect. To be ***** they are quite a joke and I find it very funny that all of the positive reviews are coming from places that get paid by them. I wouldnt be surprised if in the near future they get in trouble because of the stuff they hide. The rules seem to only apply if you are not on the board and they pick and choose what to actually consider. Half of the balconies are rotting and the neighborhood needs a lot of work, but yet they keep asking for more money and do nothing. The *** is over $1500 quarterly and we dont have a pool or any amenities of any kind. Even after moving in and getting an inspection signed by them I found out they never did an inspection at all but had everything signed and checked off. I ended up having to fix half the list by myself and on my own dime even though they checked off everything being OK. Absolute disgrace of a company ran by clowns. Only person in that office thats not a complete moron is *******.

    Realtime Property Management of South Florida, ***************************************************************, has terrible customer service, zero communication with ********************** owners/renters, property is not maintained, not enough parking space and no security for residents.

    Not sure what they are doing is legal. Someone should be looking into this company. Shady practices happening.
