    Order #*****. Sent in a very important and valuable audio cd to be repaired of scratches on 1/03/24. And I haven't received it back yet!! Supposedly they were supposed to have sent it back to me the following week 1/10/24. Please call me. Please, I would like my audio cd be sent back to me.     I purchased a service to have my Disc re-surfaced do address minor scratches to that it can be used. I sent the Disc on Jan 22, 2024. Much to my surprise on Jan 25th I received an email with a **** tracking number. However, this tracking number still says that the package has not been received by **** and that they are still waiting for the package to be delivered to the post office. This status has not changed in a week. I tried email the shop and go no response. More troubling is now reading that others have had similar issues. Furthermore, I tried calling the 888 number published on their website and was connected with some type of adult service which smells like the whole company is BS. I now lost the money I paid but they also have me Disc. If I could get the disc back it would be better but they stole twice, charging me for a service that they did not provide and they kept my disc so now I can't even try to locate a legitimate business to repair the disc.

    Items were ordered on January 8, 2024. I was charged $145.97 for a PlayStation 2, memory card, and a **** game. The order was projected to arrive between *****. No arrival, no contact, no followup. Have received one email confirming order, but nothing since. Reached out to company via email, phone, text, and FB Messenger. Not one reply. My order number is *****. I found it on ****** looking for refurbished Playstation. I've also tried to upload several images of emails or order confirmations, but the size is too big even one one. If you need them and I send them another way, let me know.

    I will put it in that I did receive items after I had to make complaints to various places. They in turn tried to make it my fault, no apologies. One of the items didnt work correctly,  it I wont contact the company because of how I was treated. And as you can see they wont respond to anyone

    I placed an order and my card was charged on November 10, 2023. I have not received my order nor have I got confirmation that it has shipped. The only confirmation I have received it that my order was place and delivery would be Nov 22, 2023 to Nov 29, 2023. I have emailed the company twice with not response. I have tried their chat with no response. The phone number on their website has been disconnected. Their cancellation policy is to cancel within 24 hours of placing order. I understand that it's way past the 24 hours but they haven't shipped my order or even replied as to when I will be shipped. I have filed a complaint with my card company and I'm waiting on the results from that.

    It's been 3 months or more sense I sent in one of my game disc to the company to get it cleaned and I can't get ahold of them and they haven't sent me my game. Their phone number they have on the site is 1833-You-Game. It's a company in *******.

    Purchased: Play Station Two.From Your Gaming Shop VIA Shop App.On September 16th of 2023.Total $112.09. Product not delivered and team is completely unresponsive for weeks. No one is responding to other customers as well. Their phone doesnt work, their emails dont work, their entire business is very shady.The business website states:Shipping Methods: Delayed Order Processing: **** Business Day Arrival (Mon - Fri)Economy: 5-8 Business Days (Mon - Fri)Standard: 3-5 Business Days (Mon - Fri)Express: 1-2 Business Days (Mon - Fri)I am now past the time of delayed delivery. I emailed the service team multiple times and I have not received anything back. Their website states: Within 48 hour, a representative will review your are respond to your request.But this is not true either.I am reading reviews and apparently this is a very common thing. It said to email: ********************************** But it isnt a valid email that works.I tried their sales email and no one has responded in weeks.I tried to call the number on their website and that also is not working, it says this number is no longer in use, goodbye and this is just unacceptable as a business for your customers to not even be able to reach you.I paid for a product. And now the package is probably lost. The team isnt responding and I have no way of contacting them and I am out of money for a product I probably wont get. This is just unacceptable.Please address the company on my behalf and other customers who are having the same exact problem with no resolve.When people pay for a product they need to receive it and if they dont then they need to honor a refund.Their website also states that they will not issue refunds for the delivery ******* problems.They chose who the ******* is and if they do not deliver then why is it the customers fault?     - The date of the transation was Monday August 28th at 6:23pm.- I paid "YourGamingShop" $50.- I paid for Video Game Disc Restoration. About 16 video game disc. Plus, Ordered a game called "Yoshi's Safari" for the ************** (SNES).- The nature of the dispute is no communication and no delivery of packages or products. I emailed the business 4 times and called once.- I've heard no communication and had no reach of communication via phone call or email.- The order number is *****. They never shipped the product back to me.

    I sent in a disc to be resurfaced and it was delivered to the ** Box on September 1st, 2023. I paid for expedited shipping back after their ***** hour turnaround time and the game itself is a very rare game and worth a lot of money. It is now the 14th and I have contacted multiple times with no answer.

    On 03/10/2023 I purchased a refurbished Playstation 2 console from the Your Gaming Shop website, in the amount of $124.99 after a 10 percent discount code (which saved me $13). I paid for the shipping with the promise that my order would be shipped out with the standard option of delivery (3-5 business days). It is now 08/09/2023, and I have not received any updates or information from the store. This is after numerous emails, phone calls, and help forms I have sent in to the company via their website. I would still very much like the product, but if they cannot deliver what is owed... at least give me a refund. The order number is #*****.
